We loved the seclusion of the place and its close location to the centre. The privacy and the rustic aspect of the villa. Very comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was pretty good and divers. All in all a great place to spend a few days away (but close) from the hustle and bustle of UBUD.

The pool is a bit cold at this time of the year.

Everything was amazing. The rooms are stunning, the staff is so helpful and kind and the location was close to everything. Would 100% recommend this place during your stay in Ubud.

There are only 3 bungalows around the pool, so it feels very private. The garden's are lush, the pool very almost tropical, breakfast is served poolside, the room was very nice.

The shower was a bit funky - dark, black actually - but everything worked fine.

Staff were great. Hotel quiet, other guests pleasant. Lovely bar and breakfast area.

We enjoyed everything. Super close to main street, but very quiet place. Nice pool and we always were there alone, though the place was fully booked. Breakfast was tasty, but if you stay longer than a week, you might get bored with it. For us it was not a problem. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The best part is that it's small and peaceful, such a relaxed vibe here. And at the same time you are right around the corner of the busy streets (and currently the art market). Loved our stay here!

A good art sculpture has interest and beauty at every angle … so too does 11 on Kajeng.. so beautifully styled. Felt like home. Sensory pleasing:smelt clean and fresh , quiet, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast , kind and genuine staff. Felt happy with my choice : wasn’t sure about the noise factor as I’d stayed 10 mins out of Ubud in Jungle for a week - it was quiet ! The beautiful gardens in the sunset suite with surrounding water features added to the retreat style nature of this boutique hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and staff had a seamless approach- rather than obtrusive.. it all flowed nicely. I enjoyed the early morning walks to galleries, rice paddies, eateries etc . Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was so relaxing here that a few nights I didn’t want to leave and eat out. Perhaps some printed options of food to order in. Apart from that nothing … I’ll be back !

I just finished a 4 night stay. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa itself was charming and not the 'cookie cutter' type of room you would get at larger resorts. The pool was clean and refreshing. The shower was great with good pressure and hot water. The breakfasts here were very good with fresh juices and a good selection of entrees. Try the delicious smoothie bowl!

The only small thing was the location had its pros and cons. I very much liked the quiet area it was in. However, it was at the end of a very busy market so if you are not walking, it is best to get a bike/scooter to taxi you back and forth. Getting a car to and from this place has challenges since you have to get thru a busy market area. With that said, I would still stay here again!

Property was located in the quiet streets of Kajeng, but literally steps away from the hustle & bustle of Ubud central, or turn right to find yourself in the middle of serene rice fields. Hotel did not have facilities matching 5-star properties but qualities of one

Divine! We had an amazing time, the staff is amazing, calling you with your names, you can ask them everything they will always help you, and make it happen. The hotel is so relaxing, calm and really in a perfect location in the center of Ubud, very close to the rice field as well. We had breakfast on a basket in the swimming pool: a dream: a lifetime experience possible here! Would recommend 100%. We were staying in the smaller room - it was amazing- the bathroom is so well decorated- soap smelled extremely good. You can also book a room with a private swimming pool. You need to go there !

Amazing location, near enough to the center of Ubud while still being quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the rooms were very comfortable.

Bali massage by the pool was superbb the sound from the fountain at the pool at night is nice Nice pool and interior The huge facility The fact there is two access entrance which really helps during rainy days

I had an amazing time here. Very cozy, charming, and homey. Stepping through the doors is like stepping into a hidden tropical oasis. The villas are simply divine! The breakfast was delicious. Also, walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. highly recommended!
