The Bastide stands in large grounds with a nice view. Internally it is spacious and there is a nice shaded terrace outside the kitchen. This is an interesting old property which has been renovated so the layout is slightly quirky. The pool is in a very nice enclosure which is slightly remote from the house. It is a large pool with a limited shallow end. Very comfortable for lazing around. The owner is very helpful and the 'groundsman' George is very friendly and keen to make your stay comfortable.

Beautiful Bastide full of character with all the modern amenities made our stay so perfect. The spacious pool is heated and fully gated soo great for a family with kids. The owner is always available and cares very much for the Bastide and its guests. We had a most wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Wow. Have just returned from an absolutely amazing two-week stay in this beautiful, traditional French home in a wonderful location just a short drive from from Aix-en-Provence. We stayed here as a family of 5 with 3 young children and this place was everything we hoped it would be. The house and grounds themselves were wonderful - spacious, very comfortably furnished, well maintained and managed. When we weren't outside, the main living room of the house was a lovely space to relax and enjoy an air-conditioned break from the sun! In the evenings, the barbecue and terrace was the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy a dinner. There were lots of facilities to entertain the children including badminton, a trampoline, a football table, a table tennis table and even a sand-pit! The pool was beautiful; large with plenty of chairs/sun-loungers and even changing facilities and a toilet. As it was cleaned every other morning, it was always in excellent condition. The owner was there to greet us on arrival and took the time to show us around - and during our stay we were able to quickly and easily get in touch with anything we needed to ask. The biggest compliment I can give is that we're already looking to book again for next year and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The house and gardens really are fabulous and everything is kitted out for guests to have a fun and relaxing time. The owner is exceedingly accommodating and clearly cares that everything is right for guests. I hope to return!

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, etwas schmutzig aber dafür eine super Ausstattung

Cette maison correspondait exactement à nos attentes. Nous étions un groupe de 8 et nous avons adoré le séjour ! L’emplacement de la maison est parfait ; elle n’est pas totalement isolée et Aix est à 15 minutes en voiture (ville très jolie et à visiter absolument). L’immense jardin permet de bien se défouler (cache-cache +++) et la piscine est si grande que vous ne vous gênerez pas. Voilà, tout est dit ! Je vous assure vous ne serez pas déçu de cette location pour vos vacances. Merci encore au propriétaire et à son équipe très sympathiques et très réactifs.
