We absolutely loved this condo! It is perfect for our family vacation. We loved that the condo complex wasn’t over crowded or loud. The check in/out was very simple and easy. I would definitely recommend and stay at this condo again!

Condo is located in a quiet area but plenty to do within a short drive. Incredible views from the balcony and proximity to the pool and ocean can’t be beat. Comfortable seating, well stocked kitchen, beach accessories (chairs and beach toys along with extra beach towels). Small complex of condos so never crowded. Adequate parking. Would definitely consider rebooking.

A very nice condo, situated well on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Open floor plan,well appointed and clean. Management staff is very receptive to renters. Great experience!

My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and had a spectacular view from our deck. It had everything we needed and more. Our only disappointment was that the pool was cloudy and had green algae- it needed some attention and a vacuum! All in all it was very nice.

The condo was clean and close to the beach but the ac unit in the living/dining room area was very loud and was ineffective for the whole condo. It cooled off the living room and kitchen area but the bedrooms were warm and the temperature had to stay at 72 degrees which is warm to try and sleep well in. They need to upgrade to a newer ac unit that is quieter and more efficient.

My husband and I booked an April getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This was a "working" vacation as we both needed to work in the mornings to have the afternoons free. Sunshine 2A condo was as described; it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nicely updated. The king bed in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. While the description said there were beach chairs, there was really only one that was in good condition. We found another chair that worked, although the seat was ready to rip out. There is a lot of road noise in the bedroom.PROS: The beach is beautiful and just steps away from the property. We enjoyed the beach immensely! Great view from the deck. Walking opportunities to a few restaurants. Easy parking and secure condo. CONS: To be honest, this was by far the loudest vacation we have had. Note: This is not the fault of the Long Key Vacation Rentals. On our first morning - ready to enjoy coffee on the deck - there was a manlift right next to our deck, working on the next door condo (about 10 feet away). This was a Sunday morning at 8 a.m. Construction ensued over the next three days including the same next door condo getting an entire kitchen revamp, the same next-door condo building working on their parking lot, the main road right outside our bedroom was repaved, and to top it off a huge palm tree on other side of the property was cut down which took most of the day. We had saws, drills, chain saws, backup alarms, jackhammers, heavy equipment, leaf blowers, hammering - you name it, we heard it. In addition, the air conditioner in the condo sounded like an airplane taking off each time it turned on. I did report this and the owner immediately offered to have someone come and look at it. (We declined as we didn't want someone working inside the condo during our stay but appreciate the prompt response and offer.) We completely understand that all buildings and roads need maintenance; however, it became ridicul

Enjoyed the property. Easy to get to and right on the beach. When on the beach, you have access to the pool bathrooms, which is just steps off the beach. Huge plus!!!
Very clean home and the location is awesome. Great being able to just sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the surf every morning and evening.

Overall, very nice condo, open space, very clean, and beach location was perfect! Beach supplies well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, which was appreciated. Kitchen was also well stocked with common spices, hand soap, and garbgage bags. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the master bedroom mattress. I would stay in this location in the future.

This is a third time our family has stayed at this condo. When searching for a rental in this area it meets our most crucial requirements, well equipped and quiet uncrowded beach. So that being said, There is always pros and cons with any vacation rentals. Cons on rainy days if you want to watch TV or work the internet is slow, the fan I bought and left in closet is no longer there. The master always seems warmer while the rest of the condo is cool. The pool gate is a pain it only works after a little finance sometimes alot. Now the pros, very well equipped from the kitchen to beach chairs, towels ect... very comfortable beds, easy check-in and out process, property manager is excellent and always responds quickly, large master bath counter top and shower, small private balcony off master, extra bedding including a topper for pull out sofa bed, beautiful slightly obstructed view, just slightly, but the best thing is the quiet uncrowded beach! Guest book is full time to add a new one! Thank you Sue, you always make everything easy.

The condo was clean and had the needed necessities. The location was perfect! We were looking for a quiet location but close enough to amenities and this was a perfect fit! There wasn't a bunch of traffic to fight either. Would stay again for sure!

Quiet, nice view, spaciest and clean. Steps from the sand. The pool was nice. It was closed 1 day due not enough chemicals. The master bedroom was in the front so it was a little noisy. They had a sound machine so that was helpful.
The center air unit was a little noisy but worked very well so wasn’t enough to call and complain.
All and All a winner in my book!
Would definitely go back!!

Start to finish our time at sunshine 2A was awesome. Easy check in and check out.The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of room. We loved the openess of the layout. Sitting on the patio both morning and night was great with excellent views of the gulf. Condo was well appointed. Good location that is easy to get to. You definitely endure some street noise being near the causeway but the owners thoughtfully have a noise machine. Would definitely return

Pros: comfortable bed, decent view with convenient beach access and clean beach, on nice shower with multiple jets, good location close to restaurants & John’s pass, came with beach gear, good size living space/sq foot.
Cons: pool gate is a total POS - very hard to get combination to work with out finessing it, terrible wifi signal, ice maker was very slow but we were left a bag of ice, short hot water supply when using all jets in master bath shower, blinds did not open as wide as they do in the pictures online, the view was obstructed by the building, some things needed improvement cosmetically but nothing major.
Overall this condo was a great! Very relaxing! Safe area, our son left his new shoes on the beach over night and they were still there the next day. Clean property with a good maintenance crew. We loved it here and would definitely come back! Great food close by!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It could not have been any easier. The location is nice and quiet with plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Even at the height of spring break! The condo is very roomy and provided us with everything we needed. We loved to sit on the balcony and have our coffee in the morning while the waves crashed onto the shore. There are so many excellent restaurants within a short drive. Some of the meals I had during the week were the best I have ever had. The only negative thing I can say is that there were others staying in the complex who felt entitled to half of the pool chairs on a daily basis. They would place their towels and belongings on all the prime lounge chairs and tables each morning at around 8 AM. Then, they wouldn’t even show up to use them until sometime between 10 and 11 AM. This won’t affect my rating as this could happen anywhere. The only thing that could be done is to perhaps include a rule on the sign near the pool, discouraging people from “saving chairs.

The condo was located right on the beach and offered spectacular views of the ocean. However we encountered electrical issues from the moment we arrived. Flickering lights, non working outlets and then no lights in 3 of the rooms (including both bathrooms that don’t have windows so it was very difficult to get ready). I contacted the rental company and they sent an electrician right over to replace a breaker. Unfortunately it only made the problem worse and he had to come back the following day as well. Finally it got fixed and we could relax more. I was also disappointed that the beach chairs that they supply were broken so we couldn’t use them, as well as the screen door on the private balcony off the master bedroom (it was literally off the tracks and leaning on the railing so we couldn’t leave the slider open at night to get some fresh air. Also the sliding shades in the living room weren’t working properly so it was very difficult to open and close them.
I think that if the place didn’t have all the issues we encountered, that it would be a great place to stay.

We enjoyed a few early November days at Indian Shores in Sunshine 2A. The weather was perfect for enjoying the beach and pool, and we especially loved the balcony and view from the living area of the beautiful Gulf. We had exceptional meals at Guppies, Keenan’s and Villa Gallace, and returned to JD’s outdoor section for the best people watching. Our unit was clean, well stocked and a great value.

We picked this condo because of the size of the complex and short walk to the beach. It was everything we had hoped for. Pool and beach was never crowded. No need waking up early to reserve your spot on the beach. Location is great with plenty of good restaurants nearby.
There were a few negatives but nothing major. If you like to watch TV you may need to rearrange furniture around the TV but totally understand why the couch faces that beautiful view. Condo is located next to a busy road but we sleep with box fans so it was no problem. Only suggestion would be to add new blinds or blackout curtains. A few of the slats were broken and didn't fully keep the morning light out.
Everything said and done this was one of our most favorite places we have stayed. Almost always had the pool to ourselves. Parking spots were covered and large. Decent grill by the pool. No big condominiums nearby. Condo was well maintained and had everything you could need. And you can't beat that ocean view with the beach, palm tree, and catamaran.
One of the best things about this condo was Sue. She was very professional and always either answered our call or returned our call promptly.

Stayed here for the first time and can not say enough wonderful things! Beach was peaceful and not over crowded and our unit was clean & comfortable to accommodate all 6 of us! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was quite comfortable for our family of 5. The view of the beach from the condo was simply stunning. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony each morning watching the waves and looking for dolphins. There was a nice breeze out on the balcony even during the heat of the day. We enjoyed many lazy days playing frisbee in the ocean. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay. It was very quiet and secluded. The pool was very nice as well. Restaurants and shopping were just a short drive away. We love Clearwater and would definitely stay at this condo again!

Wonderful Stay!
The condo was clean and accommodating for us all. We loved the balcony and the view of the beach. The pool and beachfront were quiet and private. I cannot say enough good things about it! Shopping and good food were close. The only downside we had was the master bed mattress needs replaced. It is worn out. Other than that, it was PERFECT!! Highly recommend.

Spring break 2022
We had a great time at this property. The short walk to the beach was great! Restaurants were only a short drive or Uber ride away. There were a few places within walking distance. John’s Pass is very close as well. All in all we were very pleased with our week at this property.

Girls getaway
This property was located in a great spot. Very easy to get to shopping and restaurants. The condo needs to be modernized and could’ve been a little cleaner. Floors and window to ocean was dirty. Beach chairs were very worn and had to buy a new one that I left behind. Two families monopolize the pool everyday. Thank God we liked the beach.
