We just returned from a mother/daughter trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Grand Cayman. Julie was a very helpful and accommodating host, while the Windsong unit #4 was perfect in every way. Stocked with everything we needed for the week, just as described, in a great location with the private beach access right across the quiet neighborhood street. Parking inside the gate was tight at times, but street parking was always an available option. Thank you for making our first visit easy, Julie! We hope to be return again soon!

We have stayed at Windsong 3 times now in multiple units. Each one is as great as the others. Well equipped, really nice patio or balcony, comfortable beds, and close proximity to the beach. After a 100 yard walk to the beach, you arrive at one of the best beaches in the Caribbean with no crowds. Beach equipment is available for those who want to windsurf or snorkel. Best part of Windsong is Julie, the owner. She answers any questions before your arrival and provides timely accurate recommendations for travel, dining and shopping. We will continue to return to Windsong when we return to Cayman.

Beautifully equipped condo/villa....nice to be away from the bustle of the main part of 7 mile beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was lovely. We certainly enjoyed having the use of a paddle board! Sunsets are great from the beach near by! Julie was so good at communicating with us before our arrival and that was so reassuring!

We really enjoyed this rental. The location was perfect for us. The patio off of the pool was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. We loved the beach across the street! So many beaches on the island were wonderful but we liked our local beach the best. The house was comfortable and the beach gear was well stocked. You can hear the neighbors but the noise was never a problem for us. The space felt relatively private and overall was really relaxing.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary and booked the space for 8 days. We felt the area was safe and fairly quiet. There is construction next door but we found that to have little impact and all the workers were very respectful. We used the paddle boards almost everyday and loved them! Grocery is within 5 min and the kitchen is beautiful to cook in - only thing I’d recommend remembering to buy if you cook is oil as the only stocked ingredients were salt and pepper. Outside of that the space as a whole was fabulous and very comfortable...a place I’d call a home away from home. Julie is a great host and was so considerate to bring by a bottle of Champagne.

We were looking for something away from the crowds. This place was perfect. The beach was close and no crowds. The condo had everything you would need plus more. We cannot wait to return. A++++

A delight to stay in. Practically on the beach, beautifully done, great pool, and best of all: a slice of 7 mile beach you have to yourself. West Bay rules!

This place has all you need

This was a great condo in a perfect location. Super clean, comfy beds, modern kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, nice appliances, cooking stuff. The pool is lovely. Julie was super responsive and helpful before and during our stay. She also has a property manager who can help when she’s not on the island.. Foster’s grocery store is around the corner. A gorgeous beach is literally across the lane from the condo. Our favorite activities were things Julie had recommended. We spent two amazing days on the water snorkeling at different locations and visiting stingray city with Captain Allan on his boat, the Island Queen. The best way to book that is just to text him at (345) 916-5853, which you can do from the US. We also loved the evening boat tour with Six Senses to the bioluminescence bay; they have a website you can book through. That only happens two weeks a month when the moon is less full, though. We rented a car which is really helpful if you want to do activities around the island., but if you just want to go to the beach every day you could manage without one. Fantastic vacation. We’ll be back.

The property is neat and clean and the area is very safe. The beach is so beautiful with stunning sunsets! The property is in walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. The property manager is more than helpful. She is available to answer all your questions and provide suggestions. We are hoping to get back there next summer!!

This was our first time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at Windsong made our trip unforgettable! Anything and everything you think you may need on a trip was ready and available at Windsong. The attention to every detail was apparent. Now our extended family wants to come with us next year.

We were on a beautiful stretch of 7 mike beach. So, so easy to get to so many local places.

My family of four enjoyed a wonderful week in paradise! We stayed at Windsong 2 and there was plenty of room for us all. The grounds are immaculate with lush tropical flowers and trees, the pool was fantastic and refresing after a long day at the beach. The beach is a few steps across the street and we loved the privacy of the beach location. We used the paddle board to swim out to the reefs, and saw beautiful reefs, fish and even sea turtles! The highlight of our trip were the three excursions we took. Biobay, swiimming with the sea turtles at the Turtle Center, and Stingray City with Captain Allan. If your style is a more relaxed vacation, away from tourist and the hustle and bustle of the big resorts, then Windsong is the place for you!! Julie answered all of my questions and was quick to get back to me at all times. It truly was the best vacation we've been on!

Wonderful villa. Beautifully furnished with everything you need. Kitchen fully equipped, we had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and some dinners. It was great to have access to a bbq grill also. The pool area is wonderful to have, right outside our door, we enjoyed using it on many occasions. The ocean is literally a 2 minute walk, we loved having the paddle boards and the snorkeling gear to explore the bay. The villa is on a very quiet street in West Bay. Foster’s grocery store is a 10 minute walk for supplies. There is also a liquor store by the grocery store. We used the public buses to get around, $2 cayman/person to go to Georgetown or Turtle refuge. Easy to flag down the buses and the drivers were very helpful and courteous. We planned a few activities, Julie’s recommendations were all excellent. Most of our time was spent lounging by the pool or swimming in the bay, we really didn’t want to go anywhere else. Windsong was everything I hoped it would be and more. Thanks Julie, we had a lovely time at your villa and would love to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsong #2. Julie greeted us the day we arrived and answered any questions we might have. The unit is very nicely appointed with granite counters and nice appliances. Lots of pans, etc. to cook on those days where you don't feel like going out. 10 steps from our patio sliding glass door to the pool. Beach access is just across the street. Local restaurants withing 3-4 blocks. Large grocery store (Foster's Fair) and liquor store even closer than the restaurants. Took the local bus into town on a couple of occasions. Very easy, inexpensive, and such nice people. We did not rent a car and did not need one. You will enjoy your stay - we sure did! Thank you, Julie!

The premises are immaculate and so well layed out. Everything from the plush towels to the beach supplies were all excellent. Julie and her team are there when you need them. We’re going back!!
