Beautiful property with gorgeous water views over the marsh. Lots of space in the house and outdoor living space. Well stocked kitchen and even some beach amenities in the garage.

Loved the view and the quiet surroundings. Great to have coffee on the deck in the morning and a fire in the pit at night.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in this home. Loved the views and the quietness of the location. Beds are comfy. Back porch is awesome for relaxing. The home has lots of character! Love the exposed beams.
Some things worth noting that would’ve made our stay even better... we had 14 people in the home. There’s only 2 full baths so that proved to be tricky sometimes. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great. Also, the kitchen is not equipped to cook for 14 people. Pots and pans are small sizes. We had issues with the stove top and getting certain burners to light at times. There is only a two slotted toaster available. Just things like this that should be upgraded to accommodate 14+ people that is advertised! The home only had 3 mini split air conditioners so the bedrooms got very warm at night making sleeping difficult. These are just a few things we feel could be improved. Overall our stay was really good and I’d recommend staying in this beautiful home! We love Maine. So much to see and do!

Taylor was a great host and quickly available to answer our questions. We hope to be back next year!

Great house... beautiful setting
11 friends, all now retired, rented this house for a long weekend and it was great. We’ve been getting together this weekend for the last 30 years and in a unanimous vote... this is the best house we’ve ever rented. Lots of space. Nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Taylor was a great host and quickly available to answer our questions. We hope to be back next year!

It's a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. Enough space for everyone to spread out and close to Portland which has so many amazing restaurants. Would 100% stay here again!

Majestic Hideaway
Love this house! The house overlooks a beautiful nature preserve backdropped by the ocean, and is surrounded by trees and greenery, and not a neighbor in sight. Yet, the house is a short drive away from THE best beach in the area (Goose Rocks Beach). There are wonderful hiking options right out the front door, a great lobster purveyor is catty corner from the entrance lane to the house and Kennebunkport is a 10 minute drive away. This property offers the best of both worlds, seclusion and privacy, natural beauty, and access to the quaint charm of Kennebunkport. The house can handle three families, no problem, and is equipped with a kitchen that could handle Thanksgiving for 20. Taylor is highly responsive and creative, and will make things right. He went beyond the call of duty for us.

Beautiful home! Meticulously clean, comfortable beds and furnishings. The owner was so nice, patient and friendly with us technology un-savvy girls. A great stay once again.

Retreat with Friends
We truly enjoyed our time in Maine. The house was perfect for the 4 couples. Could have easily had 5 couples. We were able to cook, grill, play our music and dance. Easy access to everything we hoped to see. And anything we needed for our stay was provided. It was fantastic. These Colorado couples Thank you

Comfort and Roominess Abounds
Way down at the end of a dirt road through thick woods and misty fields as you round a corner the house suddenly opens up like a pop up book. roominess beyond any expectation. All the comforts and amenities one could hope for. Far from the tourist trappings and congestion of Kennebunkport and route 1 through Wells and Ogunquit. Nearby was Goose Rock Beach which was surprisingly beautiful and children friendly and safe which is sheltered by an island. This property is perfect for multi fmily get togethers.

Our stay in Kennebunkport was absolutely amazing!! The home was perfect for our family, so much space and the kids enjoyed playing hide and seek!! The view on the patio was perfect for morning coffee!! We loved it here and would recommend to anyone!!

Awesome house for a large family gathering
The house was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of sleeping space. Lots of room for a large family gathering. The view of the marsh and ocean was amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Great family home.
Lovely views, quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious and the living and dining space is perfect. Totally equipped with everything one would need for a three generation family reunion.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. Had plenty of room for the 8 adults and 5 grandbabies. Beautiful view and we happened to have perfect weather during our stay. Love the large kitchen area for cooking.

Perfect weekend away for my husband's 50th birthday!
The property was really lovely, location secluded with beautiful views. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, everything we needed was there. Had a great time in town and on the trails by the ocean. I would highly recommend this house & don't be afraid of a winter getaway, there was still so much to do and enjoy!

Excellent choice!
Location! Location! Location! Spacious, warm and welcoming. The views from the front porch were amazing and you’re close enough to the water to hear the waves break on the shore. The house is well appointed and offers all the amenities you’d need for your stay. Minutes away from great restaurants and ‘must see’ tourist attractions. Problems or property curiosities were handled in a timely manner. The house can easily accommodate multiple families as well as small corporate retreats. I would highly recommend this location.
