The location, the beautiful living area, beautiful big windows and views. Great layout. Private, peaceful. Easy to live in. Warm floors.

The all metal construction was terribly noisy. We could hear the traffic very loud all night. The wind was louder inside than out. The exhaust fans very loud in the toilet and bathroom. would be better on a separate switch. It's a stunning place and very nice building, but loud and this detracted from the restfullness and quiet we hoped for. Everything else, perfect. The stove was difficult to operate too. It's beautiful tho so we feel mostly positive about our stay.

The atmosphere was great, the heating worked really well and the cabin was very comfortable

I really think more effort is needed to make sure clients / potential clients understand that this is NOT Crackenback Resort (the well-known one). It’s a nice part of the world, but the assumed linkages between “ecoCrackenback” and “Crackenback” are confusing.

Easy to pick up keys and to receive code for keys. Cottage was roomy and very warm. Great to have wildlife jumping around outside cottage. We took extra toilet paper as we were staying 3 nights. Dishwasher came in very handy. The cottages are spaced far enough apart and positioned to be fairly private. Short drive to Jindabyne , short walk to Wild Brumby Distillery and close enough to drive to Thredbo. Got to see quite a bit of snow. An all round nice weekend. Would recommend and stay here again
