quiet and peaceful place

jo was lovely really welcoming and the rooms are best iv stayed in by far. was last minute rescuing for me so was expecting nothing great but this was amazing.

The property is in a very quite location with good access.The breakfast was very tasty and on time, it was in my view value for the money.

The bed was addequate but not the most comfortable,as was the sofa.

Lovely clean room . Perfect for our requirements. Quiet rural area.

Lovely room at the top of the house but ceiling too low

Heating in the room was confusing, even though radiators were turned off they still stayed on.

It felt very homy and the landlady is such a kind nice person. I would definitely choose this property again if I am in the area again.

The cooked breakfast was excellent. With as much toast, tea, coffee and juice as we wished. Fresh water, milk, tea bags, biscuits and trays were waiting in the room.

First guest house we have used which did not have en-suite facilities. Did not cause us any problems but you do worry in case you disturb other guests.

Accomodation was an attic room which was a great size but the height restriction proved problematic even for my 5ft 6in partner. That being said very clean and nice quiet location.

Head room in attic room. Banged head several times and i am only 5ft 9. Partner , who is a little shorter banged her head too..

Quite Clean immaculate room

Host was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable.

Everything with location and accommodation was fine. Maybe little more options for breakfast, but price was fine for what was offered.

Pleasant host, clean and very well priced

Parking was a bit iffy due to the location however I moved my car to a more suitable location

The land lady kept in touch to make sure a got there okay. Also put a couple of 750 cl water bottles in the feezer then transfered them to the fridge ready for myself in the morning also nice haveing a fridge there keep things cold. Also had a lovely shower, thou its a shared bathroom it was lovely and spacious and plenty of water pressure .

My room had pitched ceilings but git used to it

Everything more so she goes in to room whilst out and she knows every move u make from going out to coming in there's always a problem with her.

It was really comfy guest house. I liked when I will book it again, when i will be around.

I liked everything. Especially a bed. Because I was so tired after long day. the bed made nice and comfy sleep

Lovely house, very homely and the host was lovely. Comfy bed, large shower and even added extras like salt, cutlery, extra tea bags lots of extras to make a big difference. Definitely value for money would recommend.

Bath was out of order and walls were thin.
