I can't thank the owners enough for our stay. The condo was perfect and beautiful. The communication and direction on everything was the easiest of all the VRBO's we have stayed. Having the boat dock right out side made it so nice to bring our boat and have it right outside. The bottle of wine left for us by the owners was the topper of the stay. We will be back.

Great location, peppy decor, very clean, and especially enjoyed our time on the lanai. The resort itself is something to see, so beautifully landscaped and maintained. Even the weather cooperated for a great snowbird experience!

Enjoyed every day of our stay here. Slept well. Many dining options in nearby Marble Falls. The balcony provided a peaceful view of the harbor and a place to read a book and sip some local wine! Would definitely stay here again.

This was her first time staying in the Cape condos. We go to Horseshoe Bay usually once or twice a year. This is a great spot! We arrived to a sweet note and a bottle of wine congratulating us on our anniversary. The condo has a beautiful view of the lake and has a boat dock where you can keep your boat throughout the stay. The condo is a great size, both bedrooms are nice and have their own bathroom. Very clean and a Great Lake vibe in the decorations. Towels and bedding were very nice and new. Also has a washer and dryer if you need it. Terry was really responsive with the few questions we had. (Answered in minutes). Great hosts! We would definitely recommend!!

This Horseshoe Bay Getaway was the perfect spot as our first visit to the area for a special wedding at the Horseshoe Bay Yacht Club. Terry and Patti were exceptional hosts right from the beginning. They made us feel welcome and wanted. The condo location, beautiful water views, thoughtful interior appointments, generous linens, well-supplied kitchen and a lovely bottle of local wine all demonstrated their wonderful TEXAS-sized hospitality. They were responsive to all emails and inquiries offering ideas and suggestions for boat rentals, outings, etc. Whether you live in Horseshoe Bay and need extra space for visiting friends/family or you're visiting on your own--Terry and Patti will have the details covered to make your stay enjoyable!

The property hosts did a nice job in communicating and preparing the property for our arrival. The kitchen and bathrooms were properly stocked with items we needed for our visit 👍😁

This was a great place to stay! Clean and very relaxing. It was very easy to book, and the owners were very friendly. Great places to eat nearby too. 15 minutes drive to Walmart and fast food places, and only an hour to Fredericksburg and 45 minutes to ride horseback. The fishing was not the best, but had a nice time trying. I would definitely refer this place to others.

Best condo we've ever rented. Beautiful, clean, well-decorated rooms, with every amenity you'll need. Great view from the living area and balcony. Plenty of docks available only steps from the room. And the owners were wonderful ... would definitely rent this property again.

The condo was amazing. It had amazing views of Lake LBJ, it was well equipped with anything you could need, and was very clean.

The condo was very nice. We weren’t there much except to shower and sleep. The smoke alarm did beep most of the last night which drove me crazy. Lol I thought it was the one in the hall and turned out to be in our bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.
