Fabulous location just 2 minute stroll to Blueys Beach. Loved the 2 decks with really comfortable outdoor furniture. So enjoyed sitting on the upstairs front deck looking out towards Seal Rocks light house with a glass of wine and chatting with friends.Had great BBQs on the back deck with lovely big table that accommodated everyone and looking out over the pool. The second downstairs area is terrific for the kids to have their own space and ping pong table was a hit. Everything we needed was there - even a coffee machine- though the village is an easy walk for breakfast. We had a great holiday and will definitely be back.

We came to this house before school holidays for a long weekend away from Sydney with our young family. The house was perfect for the kids who had their own living room downstairs to play. There is a basketball hoop, ping pong table and other games that really kept them entertained whilst we relaxed on the balcony. The kitchen is really well stocked, and we were able to make all kinds of meals really easily. The house was impressively clean when we arrived, and we even reached out to the property manager for some extra tea towels, which we were able to get easily. The lounge room has a really great view - you can see Whales passing in the ocean in winter (which is when we visited) and it is a short walk across the road to the beach. I am looking forward to coming back in summer and will be booking again soon!

Beach houses need more than basic maintenance, but this house didn’t even tick that box. The lounge south facing window frame was rotten through, a large hole allowing mice to enter. We saw mice scurrying on the floor after nightfall. We saw their droppings on the kitchen bench. Many cockroaches. Kitchen perplexing - cupboards full of stuff but try finding enough matching crockery for 10, let alone a house that sleeps 12. Washing line about to collapse and dangerous. Someone had made an attempt to paint the interior walls, but painted around the pictures, didn’t bother taking them down. Walls dirty with handprints and pink mould. Sloping wall below clerestory windows in kitchen black with dust. Wardrobes a jumble of cast off blankets and mismatching coat hangers. Excessive water hammer in ground level bathroom. Dyson not working. Top of south double room window leaked during rain and soaked the carpet. The gutter on the front facade had rusted through but had been given a new life with finger smeared silastic. Mattress in north double room was lumpy and uncomfortable, woke sore. Bunk room beds not even made up. Owners and agents need to get real. Top dollar for squalor is poor form. I go away to take my family somewhere at least as nice as home, but this was sadly not up to it. I was embarrassed in front of my guests.

The location is great - easy walk to the shops and across the road from the beach. The pool is great and the kitchen is modern. The house needs a good clean with lots of cobwebs around both inside and out, mould on the blinds and marks on the walls. The shower head in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced.
