Foehn cottage is a welcoming, warm and spacious accommodation. It was just what we needed to recharge and reset before heading out to Aoraki/Mt.Cook for a day trip. The aesthetic is on point, the cottage immaculately clean and furnished. We sat on the porch to enjoy the afternoon sun and play with the resident cat! Our hosts were always friendly and helpful when we needed it. It’s also well-situated near the town center and supermarkets, cafes, bookstores and a bakery. I can’t think of a better place to stay in Twizel.

What a great spot to base yourself while in Twizel. It has everything you need for your stay, close to everything, cozy and peaceful. Must come back again and will be sure to stay here again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay in this bach. What a great spot and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, we all slept so well.

We were very happy with this property. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. After a long day of hiking it was nice to come back, sit on the porch and watch the sunset. I would stay here again. There was just two of us but there was easily room for two additional guests.

Foehn cottage was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfortable with beautiful furnishings. It had everything for our stay - noting it doesn’t have an oven just a couple hobs which was all we wanted.

We stayed for 2 nights. The space has everything you need and was very clean and welcoming. It’s very quiet and private. We unfortunately had cloudy evening but I imagine the stargazing would be amazing from the front deck. We’ll appointed space and great hosts. Thank you!

Lovely little cottage, so cosy and warm with all amenities except an oven, which we probably missed when we were booking. But other than that, we loved our stay and would stay again as it offers a lovely clean relaxing atmosphere. Thanks for accommodating us and I would recommend to others.

This is a great find in a secluded quiet location but also very tidy and comfortable. The cottage is very new, with a nice country feel and a great veranda for a refreshing afternoon drink in the sun.
