Everything was perfect, people were extremely caring and welcoming. Even though the building looks pretty old, it is absolutely amazing inside. It has everything needed. The stuff offers every day cleaning room, it's so close to the beach and it has parking. Wonderful place!

The hotel beach is full of seaweed. So almost no guests, despite free beach chairs.

Brilliant and lovely staff

Excellent staff here! The food was so delicious, everything cooked freshly and big portions. The swimming pool was very clean and the facilities were fabulous.

The staff is absolutley amazing, every single one of them vad so friendly! And the food is also really good! The music is not annoyingly loud. Got my room cleaned almost every single day! The buss stop was right outside and a little store with everything you need

This is a party place, not the property but Kavos. There’s not much to see here but bars and clubs. If that’s what you like then go for it. But very far from town. The beach was kinda bad, I stepped on so many sharp things and it was not a beach like you imagine with sand and then water. You have to go down to the water on a plank. And my parasol flew away so many times haha

Rooms are expensive

We enjoyed the fun conversations with the staff. The wonderful food at the resort bar. The room we were given which overlooked their local beach and Adriatic Sea(short walking distance) from the balcony was spectacular. The resort location was very close to the main town of Kavos, which offered lots of fun activities and entertainment.

Since the bar area is open late there was lots of noise coming from the other guests. We were hoping for a quieter setting, but it was bearable. The beds could use a little bit of an upgrade.

Not aloud in the pool in the evening

It is very nice hotel for a family stay. The family that runs the hotel is very nice, helpful and always smiles. The rooms are clean, cleaning service comes every day and they even change bed sheets every four days. Although the furniture is old and rather used, everything what you need is in the room: a fridge, a cooking stove, pots, electric kettle. Beds are comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is ok with towels often changed, and soap and shower gels. Air conditioning works perfectly. WiFi works perfectly (our daughter had online classes, and we worked sometimes online and it was ok). The fridge works perfectly and we even had freezer in it so we had frozendrings all day when we were on the beach. Swimming pool is clean and the area around the pool is always kept clean. We stayed in annex part not studios part so we had to cross the street to the bar and pool but the street is not busy and distance is tiny so it was not a problem. The hotel is in quiet area but it is walking distance to Kavos centre which is energetic, busy and full of bars, restaurants and other attractions and there is a nice beach there. The hotel arranges all kinds of tours (Paxos, Corfu town, Sivota, blue caves etc..) for the same prices as anywhere else and sometimes they have even better prices. They also offer transportation to the meeting points if it is necessary. But the best thing there is the food. The mama cooks homemade Greek food much better than in tourists restaurant and it is not expensive. During two weeks we tried delicious musaka, souvlaki, chicken gyros with tzatziki sauce, sofrito, pastisada and many others. The portions were big enough even for a big man as my husband is. They will also help you to rent a car for reasonable price or offer transportation to and from the airport. . There is a small market on the ground floor of the buliding, where you can buy everything. I would recommend to choose the hotel as a holiday destination because it is worth its price.

The rooms have thin walls so if you have noisy neighbours it is difficult to sleep at night. The area (garden) around the annex part should be cleaned more often as some uncivilized tourists throw a lot of litters through the windows. Breakfast is rather continental so for eastern or northern tourists who are used to big breakfasts it can be not enough, but for others it should be fine. The beach belonging to the hotel was under construction.

It was a nice room with all the essential things you want, also the pool was just over the road 50 m away.

The internet was so so, no tv in room, no bum gun in the toilet and quite a walk to downtown Kavos city.

Staff was great and attentive. Arrived at almost 12 at night, still got welcome drink and we are hungry and they went out of their way to order food for us. And theres a convenient market right accross the property.

The wifi didnt reach our room. And Kavos is actually very far from airport. If you arrived late there will be no bus, well goodluck. Rent a car or get a €100 taxi

It is still difficult to find words of gratitude to these hospitable people, we spent this time like in a family. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is excellent, the owners are always happy to help solve any issue. Both young guys and families with children and older people rested with us at the hotel, the owner found time for everyone and was happy to help. I love you mom, dad, Spiridula and Janis. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful, they are happy to help in every way and make your holiday great. On site there are shops, a bar, pool and they also arrange rentals and excursions. The hotel is straight down the road from the strip but far enough away that it's not loud at night. There is a beach behind aswel.

No TV on the room is the only issue.

We stayed for cca 7 days during that time we had 3 neighbours most of the time loud during night, drunk and aggresive. Doors wont block noise at all, walls neither.
