The cottage is so charming and inviting. A wonderful place to be! The hosts are warm and welcoming! Location is perfect! I didn't want to leave!

In town for business that got delayed due to severe ice storm. The hosts were very amicable and not only let me reschedule the timing of my trip, but were able to get me in for an addition two days after my business ran overtime. They are always very friendly and helpful as well as interesting people. Will definitely return.

It is clean, well supplied, conveniently located. The owners are friendly and available. The only minor downside is the neighborhood ambient light during the night. I recommend the site.

Linda met me at the curb when I pulled in, then she showed me into the place and made sure I was all set before leaving. She was unobtrusive throughout my stay, but when I started my car to leave, she came out and bid me farewell.

We were so happy to find this gem in Jacksonville. Great hosts that shared their stories with us and were very accommodating. The place was perfect for a night to go to the Britt and we will defenetly be back to spend more time.

Great hosts in a nice and cozy little offshoot off the main house. Private, quiet, and nicely appointed.

The property is as described and perfect for 1 or 2 people. The owners are amazing and after just a couple of days felt like family. It's within walking distance of downtown and is such a delightful place to relax and rejuvenate!! I can't wait to visit my new "family" in Jacksonville again, hopefully sooner rather than later!

My sister and I chose this location for our first stop to begin our Oregon coast trip up highway 101. The owners of the property were beyond welcoming and gave us recommendations of things to do and where to eat. Wish we would have stayed a day longer to look at and enjoy all the area has to offer. Would 100% stay here again.

Insanely friendly hosts, walking distance from literally everything you want or need, fast internet, adorable cats, kitchen/laundry has everything you could need. It felt like home :)

Friendly owner, friendly cats, ample parking. It was like staying with family (but cleaner and with more interesting rocks). We have stayed at probably 90% of the VRBO's in Jacksonville, this is definitely one of our favorites.

Eric is the best Vrbo host in the history of the world.

We really like that the bedroom had it's own heat and cool system. We prefer a colder room to sleep in. I forgot to bring coffeemate for my coffee so it was a pleasant surprise to find some in the fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Though the place is small it fit my needs. The hosts were very kind. I noticed ants on the counters. I would remove all of the dust collecting collectables on the tables and nightstands, we were sneezing a lot from the dust and found that all of the usable services were covered by nick knacks and collectables that served no purpose but to collect dust. I would prefer clean, uncluttered usable surfaces in such a small place or in any rental. Also, I would suggest that the owners tell the cleaning crew to clean under the bed, lots of dust there!

Linda was so sweet and welcoming, the property was perfect for my boyfriend and my three night stay. Close to a yummy coffee shop and bbq place!

Great location walking distance to center of town. Everything you need during your stay is provided! Washer and dryer being available is a plus! Our second stay here and certainly won’t be our last 😊

We had a very nice stay. The cottage felts very homie with beautiful artwork. Linda and her family are so kind and fun to talk to!

We had a fantastic overnighter in a very comfortable and private cottage. Linda was great to work with and she allowed us to park there a bit longer while we took what amounted to a very easy and short stroll to historic downtown Jacksonville for a coffee etc. Thanks for everything !

Thank you for a lovely weekend. The TV was tricky to operate, but once we cracked the code it was okay. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great experience! Hosts were welcoming and available if needed. They were truly some of the sweetest, kindest, most generous folks I’ve met! Helped us in, nice and cool from the air conditioning upon arrival. Fridge was stocked with bottled water, there was coffee and tea. Lovely decor, sweet little kitchen, nice walk in shower, washer and dryer. Hard to find a vrbo you can stay at for just one night, which is often all I need. It made the stay affordable and perfect for our needs... one night so we could walk to and from the Britt, which is a pretty quick walk if you enjoy walking. Will definitely keep it in mind for future Britt shows.

We stayed here on our way up to and back from visiting friends in Washington. It was a perfect place for us, clean, convenient and comfortable. Our hostess was readily available to help with any issues (like a lock- out!, kind, friendly and generous. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and the great downtown shops. Walking distance to Britt or walk to a trolley stop and ride it up the hill.

We had a lovely stay! We were greeted by our host and she was extremely kind. Gave us a great restaurant recommendation that was just a 1 minute walk away. We then were able to walk to the Britt Festival. Home was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hosts. Greeted us, had already turned on air conditioning, food in cabinet, water and drinks in fridge. Washer/dryer available. Just like home. Much better than a hotel anyday.
