Location is great.

It was really really dirty, full of flies, it has bugs in the sofa, no towels, no soap.

The kitchen was fully equipped, nonetheless the cooker was very old and it took ages to boil water. Nice views from the balcony. Hot water and electric plugs were working.

I would definitely not stay here again. We were truly disappointed. The flat was extremely dirty - dust everywhere, the table had spots from food, floor hasn't been moped for a long time. The beds were so dirty that we slept in sleeping bags on the sofa that actually almost flipped over when we wanted to stand up. The host obviously doesn't check the flat himself, so you are supposed to clean after yourself. That wouldn't be a problem if you didn't have to clean after the previous guests as well. In addition to this, the host communicates via SMS and uses google translator so the information is confusing. For this price we had stayed in much better accomodations than this one. We strongly discourage you from staying and if you do so, pack your sleeping bags and prepare for a messy flat. ;)

Value for Money!

Instruccions could have been way easier for the keys ( it was a mess for half and hour ). Should mention in details that you have to clean apartment before leaving ! You have to fix whats broken rather then saying sorry someone broke it. NoTissues !

the flat is fair and reasonable and it is quiet and has a wonderful view, the owner helps and was very effiecient, I would rent it again. I think that it is a good property and good value for money.

I did not dislike anything, because the description was fair and reasonable.

Excellent view - it is nice to work on balcony in summer time. Easy to access.

Place is perfect, quit and beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay. All was good, we had no problems during our stay.
