The location was fine.

Where do I even begin. The elderly woman who was apparently in charge made no attempt to interact with me. Her grandson was very kind and acted like a normal host, suggesting places to go and encouraging me to write to write with questions. He helped me with my bags, which was needed, and normal. And then he left and the misery began. This sobe is owned by one of those old women who want to control every tiny little detail of everything and have no concept that someone is paying to stay in their property and they are obliged to make sure things are OK. This woman doesn't care- only wants money. First, there is one tiny air conditioner that barely cools the kitchen. Sleeping was possible- windows open or windows closed- the bedroom was boiling to the point of danger. There was no way to control this. I asked for a fan, but was ignored. There are also two steps, one going to the balcony and one- the worst going into the bathroom- it is high and rough- not properly finished. I sliced my toe on two separate occasions using the restroom in the middle of the night- and there is ZERO medical care on that side of the island so will be visiting the hospital today as it is now well infected. Again, I let the woman know. No response. Doesn't care about injuring her guests. As long as she gets her money- who cares! However...and here's where it gets utterly bizarre, I asked several questions (as I had been encouraged to) by her grandson, about the ferry, and a tour he had personally suggested. All these messages were ignored. BUT- the old lady DID see it fit to write me a nasty email about how I needed to "take care of the windows and doors" because it could rain...despite the fact that it was boiling and the sun was shining. I responded negatively to her, informing her I was injured due to her lack of property management, and that there was no rain (nor was there!) She was unable to comprehend why she was wrong.

Location is great, apartment was perfectly clean, the price was great - especially for this time of the year, the owner was friendly.

It would be nice if there was a hairdryer in the apartment and if there were more towels.

Friendly person, modern appartement ,verry clean and perfect shower! When we arrive the garden smells verry fresh & nice seats to sit outside! Excellent price& Quality. 5 star Recommendation.

Great place, perfect for our stay in Komiza. Good communication, we were also taken by the owner's mum to a local wine producer to try and supply. Amazing indoor and outdoor space.

The location of the flat is amazing, 5min walk to the sea front.

The kitchen facilities were good but a few basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil etc would be useful.
