Location was great. Easy access to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants. Lovely breakfast - plenty of choice and plentiful too.

The hotel is renovated, central location, beach front. Step away from many restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. The breakfast is various, fresh, well arranged. The linen, towels - very good quality. The mattress quality- best sleeping. What I didn’t like: Not enough water pressure. The AC is not cooling at all and the temperature is not changeable. The parking in front of the hotel is small and operated separately (20 BGN/day). Not sure during high season, if the capacity is enough.

the ac in the hotel i would like to sit in the lobby but it was hot we ask for fan in the room it help

The hotel is newly renovated and it’s decorated in a modern style. We loved all the furniture and decor. The food was also good. We stayed for breakfast and the options were good. Also, the location was awesome. We saw the beach from the balcony and could easily walk up to the sea every day. The rooms were clean and the bedding was very comfortable. I would stay again if the AC wasn’t so bad.

There was no parking available on the property. It was difficult to find parking and it was paid. That was not clear when we booked and it was extremely frustrating. The people at the paid parking next to the hotel were not friendly and clear on parking situation. We had to change locations for parking several times and that was very confusing and uncomfortable. The front desk attendants were not welcoming and accommodating. They kept forgetting our request for things like bringing us an iron or providing a fan for the room. The most uncomfortable thing was the AC not working properly. The room was very warm and the AC did not drop the temperature below 25C/ 77F. We had to request an extra fan in the room to help circulate the air so that we can sleep.

Както на Банско така и на Слънчев бряг след това за 5 дни никой не влезе да изчисти стаята и да смени завивките. В Банско на 3 тия ден ги помолих ме да ни сменят кърпите.

Ein sehr schönes renoviertes Hotel der Stil gefällt mir gut , Personal freundlich & bemüht. Zimmer waren wirklich sehr schön & auch gemütlich- Betten gut zum schlafen zwei verschiedene Polster . Das Zimmer ist NICHT hellhörig wie in manch anderen Hotels . Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Die Lage ist zentral , Lärmpegel von Clubs fallen nicht wirklich auf , Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Essensaal große Platzauswahl & eine ruhige & angenehme Atmosphäre. Massage im Spar war sehr angenehm, die Damen sind sehr Freundlich

Man hat gesehen das das Hotel schnell renoviert wurde , bei genaueren Blicken hat man die Kleinigkeiten überall gesehen- fand ich sehr schade . In der Lobby beim WC sind fast alles Türklinken beim WC defekt - liegen einfach am Waschbecken & wurden nicht repariert. Schade das das Hotel keinen Strandabteil mit Liegen hatte . Pool Bereich - hat viel Luft nach oben , zu wenig Liegen obwohl genug Platz wär. Zigarettenstummel am Boden oder Müll , manche Gäste haben die Zigarette im Abfluss vom Poll geworfen. Viele haben auch im Pool Getränke getrunken & verschüttet oder die Becher schwammen im Pool . Essen von der Poolbar dauert ewig ( Pommes & Nuggets) & schmeckt nicht. Ich verstehe das man kein Essen vom Kfc am Pool Essen darf aber ich kanns auch verstehen wieso manche Leute sich was holen & dann mit der Security diskutieren!! Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein jeden Tag das selbe ( Obst , Gemüse )

Micul dejun a fost diversificat,la un hotel de 4 stele se putea și mai bine.Ca și locație a fost greu de identificat și pe Waze cat și local pentru ca nu este actualizat pe Booking,trebuie să puneți hotel Globus altfel nu îl veți găsi.

Faptul ca pe booking ai parcare dar nu specifica ca trebuie sa o platesti extra.Nu este foarte mult la zi/15 leva dar …

Rooms, seating areas and pool area all very clean and modern. Friendly staff.

The property has only been opened a few weeks after a refurb. It’s just not finished yet. Some of the amenities including spa are described as temporary closed! There just not finished. Air con not great. No entertainment. Security early hours was a little bit of a concern. Signs could be better.

not only is it unbelievably hot in the room because their ac is not working, but they said they would change our room but didnt! absolutely horrible horrible room service staff, they threw a tray on my friend & laughed about it & called her a drunk, absolutely horrible experience.

Staff were friendly and willing to help. The food was diverse at breakfast and dinner. Location is extremely convenient - only five minutes away from the main street with all the restaurants, bars, etc. Overall, a great hotel with good value for money.

Globus is an traditional high class Hotel. Number One in Sunny Beach. We are coming here with our family since the 1980s. Can't wait to come again.

Breakfast, Dinner and there was no option to just have bed and breakfast. We didn’t have either as the food was so bad. The cleaners walked in even though we were in bed, emptied the bins. What was the point of that?

The room had spider webs behind the curtains and the food was not good, it was not delicious at all. The bathroom should be cleaner.

There was free parking but they have requested money for that. Food was free but drinks were paid, even water. In addition, the internet was paid and it was very slow. Perfect place to ruin your vacation.
