top location, super spacious, modern, practical and comfortable interiors, nice receptionist / host breathtaking views - especially of the sunset cool breakfast setting at Cafinho receptionist / hosts were very available on WhatsApp

check-in window longer than 2hrs would be nice, but seen as they were flexible - when I arrived 15mins later - it wasn’t a problem. stairs up to rooms and reception on 2nd floor with no lift, carrying the luggage up and down wasn’t the best. was glad I travelled relatively light.

Our weekend get away went perfectly as planned. Thank you Vila Piranesi for granting us an earlier check-in and even extended our check-out till 12nn. The vila is very clean. Very nice host 😍. Gave complete deltails and instructions for our stay. Free parking was just minutes walk away. Location is perfect.

We had a great sized room, with a kitchenette and an amazing view! Location was perfect for exploring this beautiful town. Purchased the breakfast and it was at a great cafe just down the street.

Very clean and centrally located apartment. Nice little touches inside and friendly host.

Parking is about 650m away up a hill, so takes a while to drop belongings, drive to carpark and then walk back. There is a shuttle bus, but only goes about every 30mins.

It has an amazing location and really nice design, comfortable.

Great location! close to everything including laundry if you’re in need of laundry.

The property is well-situated, a 2-minure walk from the beach. We had a nice view looking out to the square next to the Vila. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We didn't have much issue with this but one thing to note is that the square has a lovely musical cafe, where bands perform in the evening. It provides a vibrant energy and it never went on past midnight but still worth noting if you are looking for something a bit more quiet.

- Great location in city center of Piran. - Well equipped apartment. - Walking distance to all key areas including beaches/places to swim in the sea. - Next to one of small town squares with cafe where various events take place. - Solid, fresh A/C. - Electric radiator which helps dry wet swimming clothes and towels. - Free parking place at Fornace parking area provided.

- Need to check in specifically within 2 hour window (14-16) when reception works. - We booked " Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View" expecting regular height room with with view towards port/sea (as in main photos). There are however two types of these rooms you can get - regular one and one on top floor attic with small windows and slant/low roof. We got the latter one from which it's hard to enjoy the view (having it on knee/pelvis level) but easy to bump your head on the roof. Not a big deal for us as we were spending most of the time outside but worth to take into consideration if it's worth the uptick. - Room on 3rd floor without elevator might be a challenge for some. - Roof-window shutters where in poor condition and difficult to adjust. - Wifi signal in the attic room at the end of the corridor was very poor (zero to one tick).

Excellent location and accessibility including support and parking and transportation options offered by Villa Piranesi. It’s literally 3 steps away from the water, central piazza, restaurants etc. The one bedroom apartment was quite spacious and well equipped.

The room was very nice and clean, the kitchen facilities were great.

Check in was not very straightforward, they only provided us with a 2 hour window to check in. Parking situation is very weird (parking is not available on site). Not enough hot water for everyone to shower.
