All the comforts of home

All the comforts of home was within this beautiful Cape! Everything we needed or could possibly ask for was there! Backyard and deck were spacious, and spent many an evening toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, and an occasional swim in the pool! Loved the area, and Johns Pond was beautiful and picturesque! Ideally close to shopping centers, mini golf, and the beaches! A wonderful vacation week that we won’t hesitate to return!!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our family get-away to the Cape, and this house was the perfect peaceful retreat that we were looking for. Communication with the owners was very good. The house is well-appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including loads of extra linens. The kitchen and grill allowed us to enjoy a home-cooked meal with ample space and tools. We were a small group, but the house could accommodate even larger families with its 3 bedrooms and 6 beds! My only complaint was the presence of some creepy crawlies, which the owner said he would promptly address. Late Spring is a buggy time of year! The house is located in a peaceful setting with quick access to Mashpee Commons and ferry parking in Falmouth. Just beware that there is a difficult left turn out of the neighborhood when heading to Mashpee Commons area. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this lovely home!

This house was great for what we needed for the weekend. It is just down the street from the commons so if you need anything it is not far. the owners were so nice and helpful prior to our check in and there were no issues.

We had a family wedding at a venue a couple of miles away. This was the perfect location and size house for 5 of us! The house was exactly as described... beds comfortable. The communication was good as well. I would definitely recommend this property! I just wish we had more time as most of the weekend was taken up by wedding related events. Would have liked to have had time to just hang out more.

This house was so well equipped and comfortably furnished - we felt right at home. Very convenient to visit Falmouth and Mashpee Commons. Quiet neighborhood and the owners were super responsive. Don’t hesitate to book

The house was great and Eli was very responsive when we had questions. Very clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us to gather in the kitchen,, diningroom and living room. Unfortunately it rained (a lot) and we were not able to take advantage of the backyard. We did arrive in a heavy downpour at night and it was really hard to see which house was ours. A house number on the mailbox post would be helpful. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back this way. Thank you

This house was a comfortable, relaxing place to stay while vacationing at the Cape. The house is clean, had plenty of room, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the property while visiting the Cape. The owners were extremely responsive with the limited questions we had. Place had anything you could ever need while being away from home, including a pool! Would recommend to anyone.

We spent the week of July 9th 2022 at this lovely property. The interior was nicely laid out and very comfortable. The big hit was the backyard space. The lounge and dining area on the deck, the hammock and most importantly the pool. My granddaughters, aged 8 and 9, were in the pool multiple times a day. Lots of beach chairs/toys in the garage. Not a drop of rain for the entire week. (Our trip last year began in a hurricane). Overall a great stay! Michele B.

We (6 adults) were here for a wedding in Falmouth. We rented the house for the weekend, and we were very close to all the activities. The property is exactly as pictured and communication with the owners was excellent. The home was spotless, and we were welcomed with Cape Cod chips and a bottle of wine...what a pleasant surprise!

Overall our stay was good. We found it very odd when we got there the first evening and none of the beds were made. We had to go into the linen closet and make them all. At check out, we were required to wash all the bed sheets, fold them and put them away. We've stayed at many VRBOs and this was a first for me. Overall the house was clean and what we needed. We did have a difficult time finding the house in the dark as the mailbox had no numbers.

We had a lovely time in this rental. The house was cozy and comfy and had lots of space for our party of 4. This was a quiet neighborhood with everything we were interested seeing within 30 mins or so. Communication with the owners was great and we appreciated the sweet, welcome surprise. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood close to Johns Pond. House is as described and had everything we needed even a pot for boiling lobster. Eli was easy to communicate with and responsive.

My husband, myself and our friends (6 of us) stayed here may 21-23rd 2021 to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. We arrived to a nice bottle of wine, flowers, and chips. Place was so clean and inviting. The yard was beautiful with fences on both sides. Very private and a quiet area. Eli was great, as we had a few issues while staying there, but was always available to help and resolve problem. . Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Eli, for opening your home to us. We loved this property in Mashpee! I rented the house for a long weekend as a 60th birthday gift for my father. The house was clean and very well stocked. The layout was perfect for my young family and my parents. The back yard is fenced in and spacious with plenty of privacy. Check in and check out was simple. My father loved the place, we felt right at home. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!
