Seabreeze was a fantastic place for our two families with young children. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The pool area is an oasis of tranquility that left us with many happy memories. The location of the property is so perfect with many wonderful restaurants and activities within bike crusing distance. Overall, we had a great vacation in Fort Meyers and the Seabreeze house was one of the biggest reasons for it! Highly recommend!

My husband and I rented this home as part of a vacation to Florida. We were looking for something clean with a nice pool / private backyard with both sun and shade - this fit the bill perfectly. The home is beautiful, comfortable and clean with great decor. The host has everything covered here! We felt very relaxed. The host has attended to every detail. Do not hesitate to rent - I would definitely recommend this home.
We also enjoyed eating at Doc Ford's for casual lunch / dinner - just a 5 minute walk from the house.

Our family of 10 stayed at this property over New Years, and it is a beautiful, clean home that well-suited our needs. It is within walking distance to Ft. Myers beach and shops, and we loved using the heated pool and hot tub. All ages would enjoy this home, as long as stairs are not an issue (the living quarters are on the second and third levels). Thanks for a great week!

We came here with to large families. We stayed with teens, kids under 7 and a newborn! The house is as describe and there is plenty of space for everyone! Upon arrival the pool was dirty with green slime and our kids were not able to swim. This was a huge bummer after a long day of travel. After communication with the owner the pool guy was there first thing the next dah and the issue was fixed. Getting to her beach is extremely easy and it is a great location! I recommend putting some Larger trees for more privacy out back and even a tighter fence to keep the larger lizards out! A beach cart and chairs are available but would love to see a wagon and some newer chairs. Over all this truly is a great location if you are visiting fort myers , with a great private pool. It's the perfect house for large families. The owner is easy to communicate with and always available.

50th Anniversary with the family
We loved this home. The area was quiet and so pretty.We traveled with 3 little girls 9&6. They loved the pool. We went to 3 different beaches. The restaurant in the area were very good. If we had any complaint the 4 bedrooms were perfect for the adults but having the girls sleeping in the living room made it hard for adults to stay up later. But we made that work. We loved Sunbreeze. Lucy loved the Shark.

Perfect house for a girls trip!
Eleven ladies stayed for five nights and it accommodated us well. The house felt like a home and had everything we needed. Great location - easy walk to restaurants and the beach - quiet neighborhood. And very close to the trolley stop. Emily was very responsive from the booking process all the way through our stay. Highly recommend!

Great property close to the beach
Emily was very communicative through the whole renting process. The house is wonderful, and having a pool was a life saver for us. It is only a mile away from the beach, an easy walk.

Senior spring break
Emily was very prompt with her responses. We enjoyed our stay. This house is definitely geared for mature clients as we believe the owner was very nervous about our 18 year old boys at the house even with adult supervision. Highly recommend for mature couples. Our boys did have a great time.

Beautiful home, great location!
We had a wonderful spring break with our family- lots of memories! House is in great location- we were able to walk to the beach, down to the restaurants and had a good view of the sunset. House is nicely decorated and fully stocked. Good communication with the owner and would recommend to friends and family.

Nice Home
This home is very nice and well furnished. Kitchen had everything you need. The outdoor space is nice and the grill had a full tank of gas; which comes in handy with our group because we enjoy grilling. I had more communication with the owner than I usually do when renting a VRBO home but Emily was nice and responded quickly.

Repeat performance

Perfect little getaway!
I was looking for somewhere to get away when the kids finished school. I wanted a tropical feel. This house was perfect. The pictures actually don't do the property justice. It's an absolutely beautiful house, modern and clean. The check in / check out process was very easy. The Property Manager - Emily called us when we got there to give us some tips and was available anytime via text / call to respond to any matters of concern. We had a situation where one floor was warmer than we liked, she immediately sent a repair man to fix the air conditioner.
The pool is like a little oasis, very clean. We went to the beach 4 out of 6 days. We had a minivan and parked it at the beach parking lot each time. The house comes with all the beach gear (pool/ beach towels, sand toys, beach cart). It was sunny all morning, then we would head back before the afternoon showers began. We saw the 4th of July fireworks from our top balcony and didn't have to deal with the crowds. These are just some of the highlights. Thanks for a beautiful vacation rental, Emily!

Wow!!! This property is outstanding! The owner Emily was amazing. Always available to answer any questions you have. The house is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! It has everything you need. I have never stayed in a house with all of the extra touches (Beach Towels, Bikes, Beach/Pool stuff, trash bags, hand soap, hair dryers, curling irons, tons of hangers... I could go on and on. They beds were so comfortable. Close to everything. We either walked or Uber everywhere.. The neighbor is so quite... Thank you for allowing us girls to stay at your house. We will be back!!!

The Pool, the house, the laughs
We got back on 5/16 from our adult getaway at Seabreeze and it was exactly what we needed. First, Emily is amazing amazing host, she is so responsive and also put so much care into the home. The house is stunning and the decor was what us “northerners” needed to feel at home in Florida. We did walk around the neighborhood and enjoyed the quick walk to some of the amazing restaurants near the bridge. (Doc Ford’s was a must!) What we all enjoyed the most was the beautiful pool, we spent hours laughing and enjoying the oasis at Seabreeze. This was a wonderful getaway with just couples but I would say my young children would have loved it too!

Looking for a great place to relax with family and friends! This is it! From booking to arrival during our stay and at checkout, things were a breeze! Location was perfect! Neighborhood quiet! House just as pictures capture! Appreciated all the extra touches in the house and the quick response to all communication form Emily! We would definitely stay again!

Can I give it more than 5 stars?
We just returned from a 4 day stay at SeaBreeze and it was nothing short of amazing. Emily is so friendly and helpful and the check in process couldn't have been easier. The house is absolutely stunning, from the backyard, to the comfortable furnishings, the location and all the special touches. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and we never felt cramped. This place is an absolute GEM! Make sure to make dinner reservations before you arrive as the town gets crowded. Doc Ford's is an easy walk from the house and had amazing food and views. And Parrot Key was a short drive with a great atmosphere and awesome drinks and seafood. Fabulous little beach town and the perfect beach house to go with it. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful house & location
Our family from Wisconsin & another family from Wisconsin stayed at this property March 13-20. The house and pool area are beautiful. The location of the house is perfect as it’s within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, & the beach. The check in process was easy & the owner (Emily) was very responsive to our questions. Great Property!
The house was awesome! It was perfect for 6 adults and a 1 year old. Emily has a pack n play and highchair, so those were used all week. The pool area was very nice to relax at. We sat on front porch most nights to enjoy the view. The proximity to the beach was great. Everyone coming from the north has to wait in the long line of traffic to cross the bridge, but we could come out at the foot of the bridge and it only took 5 mins to cross. We always found parking. Emily is very quick to respond to any questions. We will not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Family Place.
The property was really quite perfect for us. It is very nice, well kept, well equipped, well located. It's even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. We had a family of 8 adults, two 3 year old grandchildren and 1 dog. We especially loved the huge dining table, the pool, the spa, the 2 fire tables, the grill etc. The bikes, beach chairs, sand toys this place really had it all. We took the family to another Florida spot a couple of years ago and we were satisfied, but this place is super in comparison.
Emily was very helpful and communicative too. In the unusual circumstances with Covid she was very flexible on some final arrangements that gave us peace of mind. We have just a few suggestions (mostly regarding technology) which I'll relay to Emily. The place is great and so is Emily.
