Outstanding

This place really packs a punch! It really exceeded our expectations. Being able to sit outside in the mornings and feeling how peaceful the neighborhood is to how big the house feels inside. We will definitely be bringing our family back to this space!

Michael was a great host, and his home was a great location for our golf trip. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. Communication was excellent. Bummed the weather did t allow us to take advantage of the fire pit but overall had a great stay.

Home was very clean and well stocked with linens and everyday items. We had a great time.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It still has new car smell. We chose the location due to how close it is to my family home in the same neighborhood who we were visiting for the first time since pre-pandemic. We could not have been happier with the condition of the home, the big yard, the fire pit. The HUGE tv’s, did I mention HUGE, my wife even said I think we need to buy a bigger TV when we get home after how big these TV’s are. Our son got to watch YouTube which is his thing. Each night we walked around the neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. During the day all the neighbors would wave and say hi. We only used the toaster and Keurig and fridge but the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and eat with. Michael was in touch with us before during and after the stay, always being helpful and checking in with us. He was a fantastic host and we would love to stay in his house again. We even discussed seeing if Michael would be interested in selling the house to us……..

Michael’s house is beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard which had a nice seating area with a fire pit. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and a really comfy living room. Michael is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. His restaurant recommendations were spot on as well. We had such a nice relaxing weekend- just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Michael for such a nice stay!

I bet Michael runs a pretty tight ship and his house is no different - it was meticulously clean, well-stocked and accurately described! The beds were comfy, bathrooms sparkly clean, the sheets were okay and the outdoor space was wonderful! We especially appreciated having the use of the washer and dryer after a few days at the beach and fishing. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our adult son over a long holiday weekend, but I'm not sure it's a great place for little kids.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and clean home. The home was perfect for 4 older daughters and us parents. We enjoyed the time together playing games and hanging out in the family room. The two rooms were extremely spacious! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very clean. We would highly recommend renting from this owner.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience staying at this house in Sandwich, Mass from mid May to mid July 2023 due to my husband having a work assignment in the Cape! From the moment we stepped in, it was evident how clean and well-maintained the property is. The comfortable ambiance made it feel like a home away from home throughout our entire 2 month stay. The location was perfect for exploring all of the Cape, as it allowed easy access for day trips and various attractions. Having everything from grocery stores to shops and wonderful restaurants just a few minutes' drive away was incredibly convenient. The owner, Michael, was an absolute pleasure to work with and left many great suggestions like where to get the best lobster roll that were spot on. He was friendly, accessible, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, enabling me to work from home without any hassle. Evenings at the house were a highlight, with the beautiful fire pit in the back yard creating a cozy atmosphere for gathering and toasting marshmallows. The full kitchen was well-equipped, making it enjoyable to cook meals during our stay. All in all, we highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Sandwich, Mass whether it be a weekend getaway or an extended stay like ours. It truly made our visit an unforgettable one.

This property is absolutely adorable and the perfect home for my husband and I to stay in for the days leading up to our wedding and just after. Michael is very nice and helped resolve the only minor issue (smoke alarms batteries) very quickly! Would highly Recommend this place for your stay on cape cod!

We very much enjoyed our week in Sandwich. Michael’s house was well suited for us and our guests! We found it to be very comfortable and clean……and new! We were close to friends in Plymouth and Hyannis. Lots of fun golf courses nearby. We spent a leisurely day visiting the National Seashore at Nauset Light Beach. We also did some meandering through the neat little towns along route 6A in search of the perfect lobster roll. We highly recommend the Daniel Webster Inn, just minutes away in historic downtown Sandwich. A great spot for lunch or dinner. Lambert’s market, located very close to the house, has some excellent dining “in” options. We would definitely return! Thank you, Michael.

Wonderful experience - quiet neighborhood yet close to the 6e/6W highway up and down the Cape. Just around 30 mins away from beaches and an hour to Provincetown. A mile from grocery stores and other amenities. No issues at all. Just as described. Well appointed and nicely furnished.

Very nice place to stay

My husband and I spent 10 days at this lovely home. We used it as a base to explore local beaches and eat wonderful seafood. The TVs got some good use too as the US Open was in session. We're very pleased with our choice and hope to return.

The home was as pictured and described; comfortable, clean and easy to leave in. As a home away from home, it was perfect! The kitchen was open and well equipped. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The huge backyard overlooks woods; down the street on one side is a lake and a few minutes away is a supermarket. Michael was immediately responsive and made suggestions that enhanced our vacation. We'll come again!

Overall we had a great stay. The place was very clean and minimalist, has a very nice big back yard and fire pit, and is in a quiet neighborhood (with lots of roving turkeys!), and a half-mile walk to a nice lake. Michael was incredibly responsive (usually responding within minutes of us messaging him), and everything in the house worked well.

We stayed her in the middle of June 2021 and enjoyed all the property had to offer. The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. The house was very well kept and clean upon arrival. Communication with the owner was great. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to Cape Cod we will try to use this property again. Thank you

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Immaculate, quiet, warm and comfortable! We were grateful to have the opportunity to take a long weekend away from our chaotic lives in NYC to take our 5 year old twins on a mini vacation after 7 months into this pandemic. Vacations look different to us these days, but this was the first and it was perfect. We all found Michael’s home extremely warm, comfortable, safe and clean. Our kids loved having a nice big bedroom to share, each with their own big bed and their room was still dark enough during the early morning light for them to sleep well and late! The master bedroom was very comfortable and cozy. The downstairs living room, dining area and kitchen had everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great during our stay but we made the best of it and managed to grill and use the fire pits 2 nights. My kids had never seen the stars like they did that first night! Nothing can compare to the amazement in their eyes! A night to remember! Our first time to Cape Cod and this home, and hopefully not our last!

Michael was a tremendous property manager. His responsiveness is remarkable and we could not say enough about what a nice time we had at this property. Highly recommend Michael as a property manager and the house and fire pit is beautiful!

This house was perfect for our Cape Cod vacation. Wonderful location and the house was great! The beautiful back yard was our favorite spot to unwind each day. Michael was so amazing and helpful!

Wonderful home! Close to many beaches. We loved Sandy Neck Beach. Around the corner from a CVS and Stop & Shop. House was clean and stocked with everything one needs on vacation. A/C cooled the rooms, wonderful WIFI speed so we could work remotely, beautiful enormous backyard. We enjoyed relaxing so much that we didn’t even get around to using the lovely firepit and grill. No complaints! And a quiet neighborhood. Owner responded to all questions within minutes.

We had a great 4 nights with my family in this beautiful house ' hopefully we will return and spend more time , place is very clean and quiet offering anything we needed ' thank you Michael.

This home is easy to settle into. The owner provides in advance a comprehensive instruction booklet on the house and a listing of local stores, restaurants and beaches. He answers your questions quickly. This home is modern and beautifully equipped with all conveniences- modern appliances and kitchen tools. My two adult children and I stayed at this home during the week of Aug 6, in close proximity to my daughters school for reunion time. We had a great time exploring the local beaches and towns- Craigsville , Osterville, Hyannis and Sandwich. Long Pond beach close with no parking fee. We grilled two nights which was great.

We had a wonderful time in this incredible house with everything almost brand new and very well equipped. The rooms are very large for Cape Cod standards from our point of view and the humongous garden with the fire pit is so relaxing especially having birds in the trees as our only backdoor neighbours! Not to mention the house is immaculate. Close to everywhere we need to be (Craigville Beach, our favorite and Hyannis and shops, but also to discover the southwest area of the Cape, biking in Falmouth and Woods Hole which are beautiful) and in a very quiet neighborhood. We just loved it in every way. Michael the owner was welcoming and very easy to get in touch with. Thank you so much! We just want to be back again!

My wife and I spent five wonderful nights in Michael's very comfortable and well-equipped Sandwich home. The interior was immaculately clean and the king bed in the master bedroom was quite comfortable. The backyard deck and fire pit areas were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon and evening cocktails. Overall, the location was convenient to grocery and package stores, a movie theater, and several restaurants. Sandwich Village and Hyannis are both no more than a 15-20 min drive, largely on lesser travelled roads. Communication and arrangements with Michael were flawless and his suggestions regarding local attractions and restaurants were very helpful. We would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice newer dwelling. Everything we wanted it to be.

This house is better than advertised. Everything is immaculate and almost new. The furniture and fixtures are great and the beds are very comfortable. The fire pit in the back yard is a true bonus. We did not make a fire but did sit in the chairs in the evening. The neighborshood turkeys greeted us almost every morning. Michael was great to work with and was very accommodating. The home is in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. We always felt comfortable. We came to the Cape to watch our grandson play for the Bourne Braves. This home is centrally located and all of the ballfields were within a half hour drive. Michael has some restaurant and site notes that were very helpful. We went whale watching, to Martha’s Vinyard and loved the Chatham and Falmouth areas. Loved the Nobscob Lite and Woods Hole and most of the towns have great Main Streets to walk down. Mashpee Commons is a great shopping area. We loved it all from the cranberry Boggs to the lavendar farm. We can’t thank Michael enough for sharing his beautiful home with us. We just hope that we are blessed to come back. Thank you, Michael

Stayed here for the weekend of the fourth to see family and it was great! The house was beautiful with lots of space. We'd love to come back in the future!
