The location is super central. If you're looking for only sleep in very central place, it's very clean and cheap option. Do not expect too much.

My single room was next of the bathroom and WC. I woke up several times during the night because of door voices. Please consider that there is no elevator in the building.

The location is perfect. It is just next to the train station, in the old (historical)part of the city and few minutes from Konstanz harbor. There is many nice restaurants to enjoy and a big modern shopping mal/cinema just across it :)

Location was great. Plenty of food options around and very close to the train/bus station. The people were friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit small but can't think of anything else that was not pleasant.

No shampoo and soap for the second day and clean towels

Two terrible words: bed bugs. Soon after we entered our room, we noticed bed bugs in the bed. The reception was not staffed, so we immediately called the owner/ manager, who, to his merit, immediately came to the hotel (5-10min) and offered us another room, ensuring it is just an isolated problem of just one room. We accepted to stay just because it was late and it would have been difficult to find another structure at that time of the day on saturday. We entered the second room, frantically searched the new beds, and apparently could not find any bed bugs. Later we went to bed, and a couple of hours into the night, we started to get bitten and realised the nightmare is continuing. There were bed bugs here as well. it was a terrible night with no rest... I am not even going to start on all the worries and the effort we had to do to avoid taking the bed bugs with us home... had everything washed and dry cleaned professionally before we entered the house, just imagine the money and time wasted. What can I say? worst nightmare for a traveller. All other aspect of the hotel became irrelevant. The owner tried overall to be nice, and refunded us immediately, but still, our trip was more than ruined.

Great central location, very easy to find.

No staff present. A miserable place where to stay. One toilet for 5 rooms, the toilet and the shower are as old as 50 years, such its the decoration inside the room. This place would struggle to get any customers under any decent town, I do strongly advise to look for a Hotel instead.
