Instructions for parking and checking in were easy to follow. The place was nice and clean with great views of mountains and lake. Would definitely come back.

We had a nice time. We have stayed in the property before in another unit. This time we found the pool and hot tub which was an added bonus after a day of corss country skiing. Note, the doorknob for the balcony door of this unit was not working properly. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cold and we weren't using the balcony.

My family of 4 LOVED staying in this very spacious condo for a little winter getaway! We only had a minor issue with the codes for entry not working but we were able to get that resolved very quickly by the condo owner. The condo’s kitchen was very well stocked so we could enjoy some cooking while there. The condo felt huge with high ceilings, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious storage room. This condo is in a great location very close to downtown Chelan, wineries and the lake. Safeway is a short 6 minute drive so it made grabbing some groceries very easy. The gated parking garage was great as it felt very secure and was nice to be able to park inside during winter months. With breathtaking views from this top floor unit we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee. It was about an hour to Leavenworth so we took a day trip there from the condo. The indoor pool and hot tub were great as well! We hope to make this an annual Christmas stay for our family because we loved it so much!

This condo was simple and clean with everything we needed for an easy, pleasurable and relaxing stay at Lake Chelan! We had beautiful lake view from the large back window and bedroom. The condo was within walking distance of a good coffee shop. It was a short drive to good eating and shopping on the main street. The beds and pillows were top-notch for a great sleep each night as well.

All of the parking is in a garage so be sure not to drive a truck or you will have to pay for parking a block away. There is no staff on site to handle any problems like towels or issues with the room. We enjoyed the unit but it was definitely a 3star at best.

Great location right on the water with a park for great swimming and relaxation! Property was dirty, cobwebs in every room, windows not clean, door handle to outside patio was broken, blinds missing.

Pros - large space for a family of 4 Cons - a lot cobwebs inside and outside; the outside windows haven’t been cleaned for years; cleaning needs a lot of improvement; missing nightstand in one of the bedrooms; broken closet doors and the list can continue.

I made a reservation for 2 family room units 406 and 205 from 2nights 21-23may What was supposed to be a perfect weekend ended up in a nightmare cause one the units (205) did not Opened the door. After a couple calls the manager arrived by midnight to double check and asked us to squeeze 2 family in one unit cause the locksmith will not be able to open the door during the night. We did not Have enough space/beds/towels for everybody to shower, kidos crying, and a terrible experience. I had confirmed the units prior to our arrival, we both had received codes but for some Reason the code for that unit was not working. We had to call more than 5 times to have a reaolution. By 10:00am in the next day the cleaning crew were able to open with master code. We were told by the manager that late night locksmith will cost a lot and we should “wait” till the next day. We had kiddos sleeping in the floor. Oh.. they said refund will happen but not show up Until now! one night!

Always love renting one of the Chelan suites. So far, this one had the best view! Got to used the hot tub which was amazing! 5 stars!

So many things were missing. The sink backed up, my husband fixed it. The hide-a-bed was broken. No end table in master. It was fine, just not awesome.

The condo (has nothing luxurious) has a nice view and good location, short drive to downtown and half hour walking there. Very convenient parking and nice indoor pool. Overall our stay was ok though it would be more pleasant and a better experience replacing the outdated microwave (highly recommend) dishwasher and washing machine, extremely noise. The kitchen has cookware (pans specifically) but it was old, worn, should be replace immediately, it’s impossible to cook under those standards. The central AC makes noise as well and it takes too much time to heat the condo. Besides the fireplace doesn’t work properly since it smells gas very much so we couldn’t use it as we would have liked. Another issue is definitely the mattresses (very uncomfortable, old and worn) should be replaced urgently. We couldn’t rest at all. The check out is very early at 10:00 am, later would be helpful.The condo didn’t match our expectations and we were very disappointed with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location next to the lake (and accompanying view from balcony and bedroom window) was perfect. The place was cozy with a fireplace, nice kitchen, washer and dryer, everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was dirty, outlets in bathroom only worked if the built in hair dryer was on, TV only in living room. It was okay.

Property was nice and the listing was accurate. The place had everything we needed. Small recommendation would be to get new throw pillows for the couch and a new duvet for the bed. Wouldn’t cost much but it would help make the place feel fresher. Wasn’t an issue at all though

-Cleaning was not perfect we find something belong to the person before - dryer not working but they provide one right away!! After I call . Other than that I enjoy a lot ..

View was nice. Parking garage so l didn't have to clear snow. Easy in and out in spite of snow. Short drive to downtown.

The place is ok if you're just needing a place to stay, with a little more effort focused on upkeep and amenities in the units, replacing worn out furnishings it could be a better overall experience.

Easy check in and out. Clean. Fireplace didn’t work. Cleaning fee was a bit high for such a small place but overall it was great. Nice to have the indoor pool!

Everything is excellent, but the fact that both beds are not king size and so many reviews pointed it out, yet the owner would not make the correction makes me feel their honesty is being questioned.

Very nice set up, quiet. Pool is hard to find, though, and we had to call to find it. Good location about a mile from town.

This condo has a new expansive view of the lake. Has full washer/dryer in the bathroom, and plenty of towels. The instruction to get in was very comprehensive. Would definitely stay again!

Nice clean condo, exactly as advertised. It isn't fully waterfront, but the back deck looked over the top of the other building and provides nice views. Only a couple minutes from downtown Chelan.

Actual height of garage entrance was not listed. Majority of doors in the space whew falling off of hinges,would not close properly. Lights for both showers where out. Door knob for master closet was laying on the floor on arrival. If your car is too large for the garage entrance, you can just find a spot on the street. No overflow parking.
