The view from the balcony was excellent. The owners were wonderful to work with. The room had everything you would need to enjoy the beach.

The condo was as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice and clean. Very cozy. Mike was very attentive to any questions. One of our sons surprised us for my husbands birthday. Which made our stay even better! Met some wonderful people on the beach. Still construction in the area, but that didn’t take away from our trip. We would recommend this condo and may even stay again. We were very satisfied. Vacations are hard to come by with our professions. Was nice to enjoy ourselves.

The property is a nice location and enjoyed the stay though so many businesses are closed due to Ian damage! Glad to be on the island !

We just finished a wonderful week at this place!! It was perfect for us!! We loved having a direct view of the ocean and beach. The condo was so comfortable and well appointed. Mike and Suzanne were very accommodating and communicated well. The only bad part of our week was leaving. It was so good to be back to FMB!!

Unit was clean and quiet...some construction noise from another building but nothing that bad...so glad they continue to clean up from the hurricane...my heart goes out to all that were affected by it.

This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.

Condo was nice. Hurricane damage was shocking. For what you have to pay for a rental with the damage still being repaired it was a poor value. Elevator was down 2 different times for hours and it held up plans. The alarm in the building next door went off 2 solid days and we couldn’t hear the TV or surf because it’s blaring away. The ground floor is under major construction and everything else around the building is closed under construction repairs. It’s hard to fault the owner to try and get income back from being out of commission but I was led to believe the pool was possibly going to open to finding it don’t even have a liner or fence around it and was told it would not open for months. Half the beach area was closed for repairs and there is no lobby or first floor it’s wide open to the air. I guess I just expected more done to be open. It’s a heavy construction site and zone for sure.

Nice place good location

Everything was perfect. The unit was well appointed; cozy but we didn't feel cramped at all. The view of the Gulf from the 11th floor gave us the opportunity to watch the cloud formations. It was very close to good places to eat as well as Publix. We couldn't ask for anything more. We hope to do it again sometime.

Loved the condo! Had everything we needed, especially thankful for the beach equipment and cart! Loved the restaurants close in Santini Plaza too. The pool is so refreshing and it was easy to do some laundry to return home with everything clean.

Only one complaint, but out of the control of owners, is that on our day before leaving, the apt. above us was installing doors and cementing stuff. They were soooo loud. No warning or apologies from anyone related to that construction. We had to leave the apt because the fumes of cement were coming down through the ducts into our apt. Outside of that, KUDOES! Dr. Sam and wife.

This condo had more amenities than any other we have used. The kitchen was well stocked and had a cabinet full of spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. that have been left from previous guests which was great. The freezer had a bag of fresh ice which was wonderful. The bathroom was completely stocked with shampoos, conditioners, sun lotion, aloe, etc. Be sure to check the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets before heading to the store to stock up for your stay. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and pool noodles. Everything was awesome! We loved the balcony and water view, the pool was super, the beach was covered in shells, and the property was immaculate. The bed and other furniture were clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. And the restaurants nearby were excellent. We loved it here. Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

We would stay there again. Great owners and easy to talk to. Great view and the condo is well stocked with beech goodies.

Amazing location! So relaxing and great views!!! Coffee on the patio in the morning and beer in the afternoon!!! Amazing!!! Host was extremely easy to communicate with...had a mechanical issue with the AC before we checked in and the host communicated and got the issue taken care of quickly. Couldn't be happier!!!

The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated all the updates that had been done, especially the air conditioner in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We used the supplied cart and chairs for the beach. We were very pleased with everything.

Super view of the gulf, easy beach access, and within walking distance to a plaza offering places to eat. Mike and Suzanne were also great hosts.
