The customer service from Nancy at HRG was the best we've ever had. She set up all of our activities and we loved all of them - ATV's, ziplining, private boat to Tortuga and a personal chef. So peaceful and surrounded by jungle....I highly recommend Casa Solara. The staff, from housekeeper to property management employees, were great and attended to every detail. HRG (Roselinn, Nancy and others) did a great job of transportation to and from the casa and expeditions. Casa Solara is beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable with a spectacular view. Pablo (with Jimmy Ts) cooked dinner for us upon arrival and one other dinner. Access to the Los Suenos Pool Club was perfect for the family as was the pool at the casa. Mangrove/Monkey tour, zip line, deep sea fishing, monkeys, birds, around the casa at all times. It usually takes us a few days to begin to relax but at Casa Solara the relaxation began immediately. Recommended highly.

This property exceeded my expectations...perfect in every way! Luis was most helpful and made our stay comfortable, fun and enjoyable. He organized out outings, dinners and pick ups at the airport. Thank you, Luis, for making our vacation most enjoyable!

We had the time of our lives!! Luis provided the transportation to restaurants, Mass, the National Park, to & from the airport, etc. which was a great convenience for us. Everything was perfect! Luis took great care of us & made our trip very special! We would definitely recommend this home to friends. Hopefully we will be able to return to Costa Rica someday... Luis was outstanding in every way. He had great organizational skills in planning for seven of us. No easy feat. He also went over and above with birthday cake surprises. I am grateful for his guidance.
