My husband and I stayed at this property for Thanksgiving week and to visit family living in Austin. The house was perfect for our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and located close to many nearby amenities - shopping, dining, and not far from downtown. The home was clean and organized and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Justin was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Austin area.

We traveled to Austin for my kids lacrosse and soccer tournaments. The location was in between the different fields. It is exactly as listed. It is very clean and well organized. Justin didn't miss a thing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The couch was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We would definitely consider renting again if in the area.

We needed a place just far enough from downtown Austin to be quiet and drama-free and close enough to get in and out for exploring and events. Justin's rental and Wells Branch in general proved to be a perfect choice.

If it was not for a little fraud on the cleanliness of this property, we would have given a five star. I think the cleaning crew could do a better job as we found debris in the kitchen disposal that made the sink smelt badly when we moved in. We had to clean the kitchen and the greasiness a bit. Then we did not get response from the host one time. Other than that, this is a good place to stay in. The owner has put thoughts into the house responsibly. The bed is very comfy that has offered us all good sleep. The location is very convenient close to main highways and stores.

When we arrived, it was 105 degrees with almost 90% humidity. This was our first trip to Austin and other than a short trip to view downtown we stayed cool and comfortable at Three Points. Accommodations were excellent, loved the decor and comfort, a/c was fantastic. Kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with anything you could need, including the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Would highly recommend and would also stay there again.

This house was exactly as described. We found no reason to give this home anything but a 5 star rating. We had no trouble with the booking itself and Justin responded to all emails quickly. The house was perfectly cleaned, bed and all furniture was comfortable, TVs in every room, fully stocked kitchen, and nice backyard with grill. Everything was there to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Thank you Justin!

Our second time at this wonderful property! Justin has provided a very comfortable home and is very attentive to his renters needs. We particularly enjoy the fenced in back yard and patio for our dog and the close proximity to the Wells Branch park and walking trails. Access to central Austin is also very easy as well due to the close proximity of I-35 and the Mopac Expressway. A fantastic experience! We will be back!

This home is extremely clean, well-stocked and furnished beautifully. Justin's guide was extremely helpful. The home is very conveniently located and great for a family gathering as we did. Four of our family travelled to Austin to visit our daughter and the fenced back yard allowed us to spend time with our grand pups also. We will book this location again on our next visit. Justin’s house was extremely clean and everything was labeled nicely so you didn’t have to do any digging around for anything. The back yard is nice and works out well if you bring your 4 legged companion along. It’s also in a great location that is close to anything you could want to eat or do. Would highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay when visiting Austin!

Our family of four came over from Florida because our 12 year old son was playing in the Cal Ripken Legends Showdown tournament. We arrived to find the place clean, ready, and inviting. Justin's attention to detail made check-in effortless and becoming acquainted with the home was a breeze due to his instruction manual and labeling. We only needed to reach out to him once and he replied within 5 minutes. If we ever return to Austin we will definitely stay her again!

The home was cozy and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including a backyard to relax and barbecue. We enjoyed the location because it was 15 minutes to hiking trail parks or downtown. The host had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Best of all it was pet friendly!

This is a cute house and was fully equipped with everything needed and lots of nice little extras like lotion, shampoo. Backyard is fenced which was nice for our dog. Location is very convenient, close to I35 and lots of restaurants, drug stores, grocery and more. I gave the 3-star only because the neighborhood is a bit older and not all the homes & yards are kept up to the same level as this home. But we felt safe and the home has automatic locks on all doors. It was quiet in the neighborhood too. Justin is quick to respond to any questions too. Thank you, we had a nice visit to Austin.

This property had everything at hand reach, I was very spoiled enjoying the amenities and the smartness of all electronics. I was able to work and relax at the same time. Perfect house for a nice getaway, business trip, relaxing adventure.

Wonderful property exactly as advertised. Wells Branch is a great little community. We really enjoyed walking the paths through the park and along Walnut Creek. The house is close to everything and very comfortable. Justin was a perfect host. We will be back next year!

This is a great cozy little house with lots of amenities. My husband and I stayed for two weeks while visiting our son, daughter-in-law and grandson. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot to shelter-in-place! Property was well maintained. Furniture and mattresses were very comfortable. Good sized rooms. Nicely decorated. Plenty of cookware and spices available in the kitchen. Fenced-in backyard was very private. Outdoor table and chairs were on pavers making it a great place to sit outside and read. Nice to have the full-size washer and dryer in the garage. Justin was probably THE most responsive host we have had. He always responded to our inquiries quickly and he was very accommodating to a few special requests that we had.
