The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable with good beds and pillows. The covered parking was perfect for my husband and I traveling by motorcycle. Easy check in and check out. Kanab is a great place to explore Utah from. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Saint George, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes all within a few hours from the house. Great communication with the host. We loved our stay!

We checked in and went to take our kids to the pool and it was cover in bricks and concrete. We were not told this was the case. We had to check out early. Not a great experience at all.

Pros Condo was clean there was a washer and dryer and Tvs in 2 out of 3 bedrooms close to visit parks and check out Kanab Cons. We had a hard time with ac the downstairs would be freezing and the upstairs hot

We enjoyed the puzzles and games on the days it was too rainy to go hiking. Great location, good information about local things to see and do.

Check-In was very easy, the condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the small town of Kanab as our home base to visit Zion, Bryce, and the Pink Coral Sand Dunes. There's also many local hikes close to the condo. Great place...would definitely stay again!

Property was clean and easy to check into. The pool was a big hit with the kids and a welcome place to cool off after hiking in some 100+ degree weather. The living area felt a touch cramped with 6 people but the bedrooms were great. Biggest complaint was a dishwasher that would barely close due to hitting the countertop. Overall it was a great spot for our family to land in between exploring nearby National Parks.

Pros: short drive from main strip in Kanab, pool was mostly empty during our stay (so we had a private pool, essentially), good TVs, really get quality for the price, lots of room for a family of six, easy check-in, they let us extend for one night without much hassle. Cons: master bed was too soft, no shampoo/soap was provided, neighborhood is looking a little dated, pool wasn't the cleanest.

We had such a wonderful time and this condo was perfect! Management was very communicative and courteous! Highly recommend and Kanab, Ut is so quaint!

It was great

The condo fulfilled all our needs. It worked out as a central spot from which to travel to the National Parks. We also enjoyed hiking the nearby Mansard Trail. The kitchen was well equipped.

The property was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We had one very minor issue with the tub draining slowly, but it was immediately addressed by the very kind property manager. He even left us flowers for mothers day! I highly recommend this property!

This place was perfect for us. We loved the small town and people. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed for a great trip. You can't go wrong booking this place. We visited the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We also took in all of the local offerings including the animal sanctuary, Peek-a-Boo Canyon, and many other local sites. The restaurants in town are all delicious. I did not have a bad meal while there. We even ate at the grocery store (Grazier's) and that did not disappoint either. Kanab is an awesome little town and the condo was perfect!

This condo is great value for your money. Our family of five (three teens) fit perfectly and everyone had enough space to be on their own and large enough family areas to hang out as a group and relax in the evening. Kanab is a gorgeous town with amazing red cliff walls and local hiking trails. We would definitely go back!

Clean and welcoming home for our trip. Location was perfect for all the sites we wanted to visit. At ened of the day it was great place to come back and relax and recoup for next day adventures. Check in and out was east and anything we needed was just a text away with quick response. Plan to be back in near future!

The 3 bedroom condo was wonderful for our time in Kanab. We had hoped to use the fitness facility but the hours were restrictive. We were away when the fitness center was open. The center was a room so I didn’t see why we couldn’t use it? Otherwise it was a great stay.

The second bedroom with the full bed could be better and the pillows could be updated. Other than that it was a cozy cute little stay. Thank you!!

This property was perfectly equipped to handle our family of five. The pans/dishes/dining area were proportionate to family size in dealing with mealtimes and cooking. Hiking trails almost at the front door, great location and a comfortable home.

Location is perfect for visiting National parks. Laundry and kitchen amenities were great after long days of exploring. Town has two grocery stores that are really nice and convenient.

We had a great stay at this property! Pros: -Great home base for travels to Zion, Bryce, the North Rim, and other more local hiking trails. The area is just beautiful and there is so, so much to do within a drive of an hour or two. -Friendly and responsive guest manager! Lee responded immediately when we had an issue, and he also gave great restaurant and hiking recommendations. -Great overall space for unwinding after long days outdoors. The washer and dryer worked well for our post-hike laundry needs, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals. The pool and hot tub were also a very short walk through the back door, and we enjoyed them with few or no other guests on a couple occasions. Be advised: -If you like a firm bed, you will be uncomfortable sleeping here. The king was unfortunately especially squishy, but the queen across the hall was a bit more usable. This is totally personal preference, however, and thus I still gave this place 5 stars. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to others!

Great location for Utah and Arizona adventures. Even did some hiking on the trails right behind condo. Right amount of amenities and Lee was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Very nice enjoyed our stay

Property was clean, homey, and conveniently located. Enjoyed the games and easy access to Netflix on the large TVs. Loved exploring Kanab and property was great jumping off for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon. Property manager was super helpful.

Wonderful accommodations for our family of 4! Everyone got their own bed and the place was in good shape and very clean. The property manager, Lee, was so helpful, accommodating and professional. He made our visit so much easier! The location is outstanding and the washer/dryer in house was essential with the active days we had. Listing shows 2 baths, but really it is only 1 full bath and a half bath. Trying to get 4 dusty, sweaty hikers in and out of a single bathroom was a challenge, but the functionality of the house was great aside from that. Mattresses in the bedrooms were very SOFT and mushy so if you like a firm bed it will be an adjustment. Plan to stay here again when we come back! :)

The house was a little small, but lovely and an excellent location. Very enjoyable

It was a nice home. Lots of room for people to sleep. The only 2 suggestions I have are #1 Put a railing up and down the stairs. They are really steep, and my little daddy almost fell. It would have just been nice to hang onto something. The other thing is to make sure there is TP. :) We only had one roll, not a fun thing to run out of at 10:00 at night. Othere than that the rooms and beds were clean and nice.
