Very dirty, floors were thickly covered by ants

The property is large and has many spaces for large families to enjoy. The pool is large, the kitchen is well equipped, there are many bedrooms, every bedroom except for one has it's own bathroom. It was a wonderful place to stay. The location cannot be beaten, we were walking distance from restaurants and right off the boardwalk for wonderful strolls.

The pool filter wasn't operating very well and the pool was clearly dirty by the time we left.

I was a little bit worried as there were no reviews on this property however there was no need to worry, Las Palmeras is a beautifully appointed villa, set in beautiful mature gardens with a lovely pool, just a short walk from the beach, with excellent beach restaurants. Easy walking along the sea front into either Puerto Banus or San Pedro. There were 12 of us and we managed without a car, supermarket is around 10 min walk away. Children had a fabulous time in the pool and gardens. The rep Alfonso and his daughter could not have been more helpful throughout our stay, lovely man, cannot praise them enough. Lovely holiday despite the corona virus and face masks.

No negatives to speak of.
