Excellent location, lovely complex - clean, tidy apartment with all facilities required for our stay.

Great location, right opposite the supermarket and nearby to a number of cafes. Close walk to the Main Street and opposite the bus stop which was handy for day trips. Lovely pool, all the amenities needed if eating in the apartment. Sofa was very comfortable and the terrace was lovely.

It was dirty, the bedroom and the horrible smell of tobacco all over the place that we had to wash the bedroom curtains and remove the headboard from it as we couldn’t sleep due to the smell. They didn’t even care to remove the air freshener dried probably since months ago. They didn’t provide with hand soap for the bathroom even if requested (that’s a minimum courtesy). The water heater is small, your shower must be of 3min and 2 showers in a row is not possible as you need to wait for the water to get hot (water heaters of 30L are used for places without a shower and to wash dishes, for a 1 person it’s required a minimum of 50L - check online if any doubt). The windows were old and wooden so they were lacking isolation. Also the interaction with the property was terrible, as they didn’t care for our queries and instead proposed us to leave but paying the whole stay. Unbelievable as we were not requesting anything out of this world and we even cleaned their apartment when we just arrived. We feel robbed, paid for a decent apartment but we got worse than a hostel. I am assuming they will reply to this comment just like they did to other customers and to us in person, very arrogant. For sure won’t recommend this to my family who is going in a few months.
