The place was very nice. The beds are adjustable and very comfy for reading at night, you get your own jacuzzi in your bedroom, which was also amazing.

One of the nights there was not enough warm water but that might have been due to the storm the previous night.

Beautiful property in an ideal location in Pjescana Uvala. The room was comfortable (appreciated the mini fridge) and the staff were amazing. We asked for suggestions about where to do a bit of laundry, and the staff happily washed, dried, and folded our clothes for us the same day. What service! We will be back for sure.

The hotel was very tidy and homely. The host family was very heartfelt and welcoming. We got great tips from Gordana for visiting nearby towns. There is a lovely beach and a cozy cafe for breakfast just around the corner.

Public transportation to the city could have been better.

A fantastic place which I recommend to anyone visiting Istria for a holiday. We stayed in the top apartment, which is absolutely stunning. The view is extraordinary and you can fully enjoy it through the five double windows overlooking the sea - it's almost like a glass wall. The terrace is very big, though, in October, the weather did not allow us to make full use of it (we did have dinner outside twice though). The wooden floors add warmth, and they perfectly match the apartment's ship at sea' theme (you really do feel like on a cruise ship sometimes!). Overall, the place is very well equipped and has been furnished to a very high standard (that was a while ago, but quality ages well). The bubble bath is a cherry on top of the cake. The apartment was cleaned for us every second day, and the cleaning maid did a great job - every time it felt like entering the place for the first time once again.

No breakfast because of corona regulations and low season - but a cafe nearby offers good breakfast menus. The swimming pool looks bigger in the pictures than in reality, but the beach is so close and the sea so warm even in October that it didn't matter. I didn't like the fact that we had to leave already :)

Our room had a jacuzzi bath which was great. Outside space is great for chilling in day or night and you’re moments from the beach, supermarket and restaurants - a must visit us restaurant oasi part of hotel with the same name!

Stylish decor, host very friendly and accommodating. There is also a penthouse suite with separate entrance which sleeps 4.

The room need some maintenance, our sink was blocked and the shower head not fixed properly.

Loved the sea view and how close it was to the beach. Very clean room. Pula center just a short drive away.

Airco did make noise during the night, even when you turn it off completely.

Everything was perfect , villa is modern there is everything you need. Very close to the beach . Friendly stuff which ready to help you with everything anytime . Big thanks to Maria , she is the best!

If you are going on holiday in Istria this is a great hotel to stay for a short or longer stay, the crew cares about your comfort and is nice and helpful. Nice beach next to it allows you to relax. It is also a good place to travel - if you don't have a car, Uber will take you to the center of Pula or Medulin in 15 minutes. From Pula you only have 30 minutes by bus to Rovinj and other Adriatic pearls. If you have a car, this is a great starting point. I recommend.
