Ci sono degli elementi che meriterebbero dei miglioramenti ma lo consiglierei. Magari la luce accesa nelle camere anche quando non c’è nessuno sarebbe da evitare

Staff were friendly

Everything was horrible including the location, no facilities, everything is extra charge including a bath robe and the pool sun beds, the breakfast is very average and the beds were itchy.

Breakfast was ok ( eggs, only tomatoes and cucumbers , a few types of bread and cheese, etc. don’t expect good capochino ); note- they don’t have too many options for vegan people The hotel is clean Pretty big rooms considering it is in the city . A few bus lines run from the hotel to the city and to the stadium. Keep in mind most of them do not turn on air conditioning even in the summer time … The staff in the hotel is nice and polite and agreed to allow late check out with no extra charge . There are a few good restaurants around the hotel. One just across the street The name is Spitiko Fagito, home style dishes , very good food and cheap. The are open Mon~Fri from noon to 17;00 . Pay attention to the design and decoration inside . Added some photos …. Another really good restaurant , but more expensive, is a 1 min from the Anafiotika metro station . It’s calls Joann’s restaurant. Check the reviews in trip advisors and you won’t be disappointed! The dishes are big , and can be shared. Very good verity of options, including for veggies . There is also a big supermarket 5 mins away from the hotel When we stayed there before the Codeplay show, the hotel was fully booked and yet you didn’t feel it was too crowded . They were very organized to the fact that lots of people come to the concert

1) The pool area is small and has limited business hours , not to mention that the hotel charges for a bed around the pool, and they only have something like 10 beds. It’s 10 Euro for a bed for 4 hours. Either 10:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 19;00. This was very unexpected !!!! To get a bed you need to reserve in advance at least the day before or stay in the queue in the entrance , at least 15 mins before it opens! 2) The blue line of the metro is 10 mins walking distance from the hotel but in summer time even in early June , 10 mins are like 30 mins,,,, You need to keep in mind the blue line does not get to the Olyimpic stadium and u need to switch to the green line if u plan to get to the olyimpic stadium for a show. 3) it’s pretty far from the main squares by foot ;

מלון נהדר מרוחק מהעיר כ 10 דקות צוות המלון מקסים, עושים מאמץ עילאי לגרום לאורחים ליהנות ! צ׳ק אין מהיר, קיבלנו את החדר בשעה 11 בבוקר ושודרגנו בחינם מבלי לבקש לחדר סופריור קומה גבוה . החדר היה מרווח, נקי מאוד. כל בקשה נענתה במהירות ובחיוך . ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, אפשר לוותר …

The woman whose reponsible for cleaning on the 18th floor was reaponsible and understand very well what is needed

The staff on reception are unprofessional and don't understand what needed. I have requested receipt for total payment and they were not able to do it. They prised to send by email and nothing received until now.

Nice and comfortable room. Beautiful view from top floor. The hotel also provides a parking which is great. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I’m very happy with the services. Friendly staff.

The only thing that I didn’t like but didn’t affect our stay is the glass in the shower which doesn’t cover the whole area and water gets out.

Комнаты маленькие. Подойти к шкафу невозможно. Только боком продираться между кроватью и шкафом. Сейф не работает. Вызывали мастера. Вода в душе растекается по всему помещению потому как не сделан барьер или наклон для стока. Завтрак бедный. Для здорового питания есть вялая капуста сырая и вчерашние помидоры нарезанные из холодильника. Рыбы нет. Фрукты нарезанные разбирали быстро и не хватало всем. Чайные ложки просто отсутствуют. Официанты удивлялись, когда мы их просили. На фортепиано никто и никогда не играет. Зачем поставили в роскошном лобби зале, где никто не сидит? Интернет слабенький. По балкону со строительными лесами ходит строитель и заглядывал в окна. Может по работе? Бассейн не работал. Ничего сказать не могу.

Pool was shut, it did say at the bottom of the booking so was my fault.

Bed super comfortable. Sound proof windows so could hear anything from the road which was quite loud at times. Abundant breakfast if a little lack lustre.

I would have preferred a bathtub. Bathroom was nicely done in modern touch but insufficient vanity lighting. Coffee at breakfast was terrible.

I stayed here 8 years ago, too. The location of the hotel is perfect; just between Panormou and Ampellokipoi metro stations and it takes only afew stops to get to Sytagma and Monastraki. It is a safe place. The hotel is very clean. Compared to my previous stay, it looks much more cleaner as it has ben renewed. Nice. The personnel are all very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast is satisfying. There were one sort of white cheese which was something "like" feta and one type of very thin sliced fresh stager cheese. Both were okay. There were two types of olives, kalamata and green olives, which were nice. I did not get any deli meat products for personal choices. Fruits were nice, fresh and clean. Just (frankly and friendly) saying; the "nice" continental breakfast might even be upgraded into a much satisfying level by just a little effort. For instance, adding some greenstuff (that is characteristic to the Mediterranean) to the open buffet like bundles of peppergrass, rocket salad, parsley and etc might work. Comparing to my previous stay, I can say that cheese, olive and deli meat product choices were reduced. There was only turkey jambon apart from ham, loukániko, sausage and etc made of pork. During my previous visit, I remember there were many choices of deli meat products of lamb&beef, different sorts of cheese and many types of olives.

A bit noisy due to the road outside,even though I was staying on the 12th floor. Curtains didn't cover the whole area of the windows resulting in light coming inside from early in the morning.

Clean hotel with friendly staff in a nice neighborhood.

It was not possible to go to the top to enjoy the view of Athens or use the swimming pool. Breakfast choices repeated each day.

Central location. Easy to access the main attraction sites. Clean bathroom. Good air conditioning. Very large and comfortable bed

Breakfast was not up to the expectations. The hotel staff is not very recative to the guest requests. Noisy as located next to the main street

Το μονο που μας αρεσε ηταν το πολυ φιλόξενο προσωπικό.

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ παλιο το δωμάτιο που μας εδωσαν πρεπη να ηταν απο το 1970 μικρο δωματιο με βρωμικη μοκετα σκουριασμενα ολα στο μπανιο και το πιο σημαντικό δεν είχαμε αερα απο πουθενα μεσα στο δωμάτιο μας το μπανιο δεν ειχε παραθυρο και το παραθυρο στο δωμάτιο μας ειταν σφραγισμενο και τα πομολα των παραθυρων σπασμενα και σφραγισμενα απο το ξενοδοχειο. και δεν εφτανε αυτο το πρωι εκαναν εργασιες απο πανω μας ακριβως με κομπρεσερ. κανονικα θα επρεπε να τους βαλουμε 1 βαθμο

Liked the staff- didn’t like the rules. Didn’t know we had to pay for sunbeds by the pool- wouldn’t have booked that hotel if we had known- cheeky to do that in a hotel. Not enough shade provided with the sun. Gym was small and to pay for it again was cheeky!

Clean and good staff, good location close to public transport and metro

We asked for a king bed and extra bed (sofa), the hotel provided two single bed and sofa was so narrow and not comfortable for an adult, Breakfast was average, little option, all the meet options was pork,

The pool was nice, and all the food I had was great.

You have to pay £10 for a sunbed at the pool each morning or afternoon session. Staff were slow and not organised. I made a booking for the pool twice and twice they couldt find it. Rooms need to be updated, lots of stains on carpet.

Iron was not available in the room, I asked several times and followed up to get it just before leaving to my business meeting. Also requested several times to bring slippers for me,but not happened. Safe box was not working too.
