Buena ubicación, a 10-15 min del centro a pie, cama muy cómoda y habitación bien aislada de los ruidos, limpio y aparcamiento con plazas amplias pero acceso bastante estrecho

Water siempre lleno de agua, por lo tanto no higiénico.

Deberían de reformarlo es muy antiguo

Las camas muy cómodas y hotel con todos los servicios

Que siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no dejen agua de cortesía o productos de lavabo.

Hay varias cosas que no me gustaron en absoluto. El Hotel pide a gritos una reforma, la habitación tiene un pase, pero el baño está viejo, viejo.. imposible cuadrar el agua a temperatura debido a unos grifos obsoletos (con la consiguiente pérdida de agua), lavabo al cual no se le podía quitar el tapón que se quedaba encasquillado, water antiguo de los que se llenan de agua y luego se vacían, con el "tiburón" dando vueltas que parece que se va a salir del wc. Ascensores con una programación muy antigua que tardan mucho en subir hasta la planta (hasta 15 minutos estuve esperando con las maletas, siempre aparecía el ascensor de la izquierda lleno). Aparcamiento sin cargador para vehículos eléctricos. En fin... de los peores hoteles que he estado en los últimos años. Y encima pregunto en recepción para tomar un café y nos mandan al peor bar que había en Zaragoza, cuando a escasos metros más allá hay un sitio con solera en el que se desayuna espectacular, la Tolosana.

Hôtel très bien placé on apprécie aussi le parking ( payant) sous l'hôtel. Personnels très aimables ,hôtel confortable et très propre petit déjeuner très bien.

Estaba bastante viejo y nuestra habitación olía un poco mal. Para ser cuatro estrellas no nos lo imaginábamos así.

Not much to be honest. It was only when I asked to be moved from room 420 to 402, things started to improve (see below). Only issue with room 402 is that it is too close to the lifts and gets very noisy when people use it - sometimes very late at night and also early in the morning.

Air-conditioning stopped working in room 420. I asked for this to be looked into amongst several things (have clean towels replaced, bath plug was not a chain & could not pull it - this was done, however a chain needs to be attached). As a result of the air-conditioning not working, the room was unbearable. Opening the windows did not help as then you heard the noise from the main street. I was informed the gym opens from 10am to 10pm. Like a lot of people, using the gym is best first thing in the morning as you then have the rest of your day ahead of you to do other things, I eventually negotiated with the hotel manager (Laura) who was very accommodating and let me use the gym before 10am A few issues with the gym is that a lot of the equipment does not work. How can a 4 star hotel warrant this as it's unacceptable. Please have this looked into as a matter of urgency.
