longer walk to everything

a beautiful and luxury hotel located in one of the most beautiful places of capri island. Very calm and relaxing. Ideal as base for knowing the island. Staff very professional and always attentive to customer needs. Great food (which is not always easy to find in capri) and great bartender service.

Nothing to mention

Breakfast was nice. I loved the view. The welcome service was nice.

The room did not look like a 5 star hotel. We felt like it was a motel. The furniture was very outdated. The TV was also very outdated. We were moved to a new renovated room that was slightly better. This property needs to be updated. It is also a hike to reach this hotel with no transfer available. You must arrive here by foot.

Excellent all around

Sometime the pool music was just to load to relax with question why music is a person choice but so load and not to everyone taste.

The views were incredible. Main desk staff were friendly. Food was great.

For a 5 star reset was very disappointed with the service and cleanliness of the resort. Common areas were filthy. 3 days at the pool and not once were we offered a drink or towels.

Luxury and attention

Not the best hair dryer. That was the ONLY flaw.

Amazing hotel, One of most beautiful property ever seen, staff very nice and despite located a bit out from village, is definitely worth the walk. BEAUTIFUL, clean, relaxing and elegant.

Both pools close at 7pm, way to early. The hotel is on top of a cliff and after a long (and joy) beach day, a *****L hotel should give guest the chance to see the sunset from the pool. (1 or 2 hour more would make a great difference for the guest experience) Concierge not to “committed” in finding a restaurant reservation

We were absolutely pleased and most happy. The staff in the restaurant, bar and Pool was wonderful. Very friendly and extrem helpful. Unbeatable. Highest points.
