Great location with easy route to Portmouth. Stayed in a newly refurbished room, lovely and clean and looked alot more expensive then we paid. Enjoyed use of pool and can't praise enough for breakfast. Im gluten free and everything was avaliable for me to eat from dpecialky packed cereal to separately cooked food. Well done and we will definately be back

Love the staff and friendliness, also lovely decor! Loved the fact you had mini toiletries for sale in reception. Also late check out was no hassle or problem at all! staff couldnt be more happy to help

Few parties/ venues on this weekend which meant a few parties but it wasn’t like they went on all night, just think as our room was close to reception was maybe a bit louder

All staff were fantastic, so helpful and kind whilst working really hard. The rooms are a good size and well furnished with plenty of light. The pool was great, the sauna and steam room were very good too. The restaurant and bar where nice and very well run. Plenty of parking and good easy location.

The sofa bed was a bit tired and mattress very thin. A fridge in the room would have been welcome.

Tried to charge for parking is taking the p155!!! I pay Booking.com the rate so stop trying to cut out booking.com - when I try to book direct it costs more!!!! Holiday Inn sort your selves out!! Room too near a very noisy reception, bar not enough beers. Also barmaid was not allowed to accept 4pence less in cash for a round (“I’ll get in trouble!!” For 4pence really - when I gave her the extra £5 in cash she had to run to reception for cash change - and I had to wait 5 minutes before I could go back to my seat
