Die Lage bei St. Pancrass und Kingscross Station. Der junge Angestellte an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfreich. Die Bettwäsche war sauber. Allerdings wird die Frottéewäsche jeden Tag gewechselt und das heutzutage!? Ziemlich neue Dusche aber sehr eng. Keine Möglichkeit etwas abzustellen, ein Tablar hätte sicher noch irgendwo Platz. Kein Frühstück oder die Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken.

Das Hotel ist alt. Es müffelt überall. Die Teppiche in den Gängen sind mit Flecken übersät. Alle Zimmer haben Teppich!. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im 3. Stock, wo es so eng war, dass zwei schon einer zu viel waren. Es gibt keinen Lift. Es gibt kein Telefon im Zimmer. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Gepäckraum ist immer offen und wird nicht überwacht. Der alte Mann an der Rezeption war aber das schlimmste. Er war total unfreundlich, immer. Wir haben ein Taxi für morgens umd 4.30 Uhr zum Flughafen bestellt. Wir waren um 4.25 unten, da schrie er den Taxifahrer bereits übers Telefon an, weil der wissen wollte, ob wir schon bereit sind. Der Portier stürmte aus dem Hotel um den Taxifahrer direkt anzuschreien und wollte ihn dann noch aus dem Taxi zerren um ihm eine zu verpassen. Das ist ein Psychopath und sollte nicht auf Menschen losgelassen werden.

La ubicación es excelente. Está a escasos metros de la estación de King's Cross y las principales líneas de metro. Además tiene recepción 24 horas y el personal fue muy agradable.

La habitación era muy pequeña, casi no había espacio para dejar las maletas y teníamos que hacer turnos simplemente para entrar al baño. Aunque para el precio que tiene Londres, fue un chollo teniendo en cuenta la ubicación.

The location was great 3 mins from Kings Cross Station but on a quiet side road. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. Quiet hotel.

The shower/toilet room was small. Could have done with a small chest of drawers.

The location was great a short walk from the Kings Cross Station, lots of takeaways nearby. The pillows were lovely and soft, the room was warm and clean, no idea how the staff managed to make the bed everyday with it being pushed up against the wall. The en-suite although very small was clean did it’s job water was lovely and hot.

The hotel is an old building and therefore no lifts so if you are on the waiting list for a new knee or hip I would suggest you give this hotel a miss. The bed and room was described as a small double and if me and my husband had been a size 10 and loved cuddling up together all night it would have been perfect, however we are not a size 10 and after 30 years of marriage it was the last thing we wanted to do. The room was very small and we had very little storage. The kettle was again on the small size and the cups would be perfect for a dolls house. The walls are thin and luckily we only had to listen to our neighbours suffering from a night on the booze once. These items were in the description and husband picked this hotel without reading the reviews so he is in the dog house and maybe for a while as this trip was for my birthday.

The location is ideal for the occasion with bars and takeaways accessible within the area. The staff were amazing, polite and considerate especially with dropping bags off so early in the morning prior to check in. Bed was very comfortable.

The location is great, you can see St. Pancras from the hotel. So really convenient for Kings Cross or St. Pancras but off the main road so nice and quiet. The outside of the hotel is stunning. Really beautiful. Staff are lovely and friendly. There is an unlocked room for storing luggage.

It's hard not to be disappointed at the contrast between the gorgeous facade of the hotel and the interior, which is very basic. Threadbare carpets and everything done as cheaply as possible. Even though you know it's a budget hotel, the outside gives a bit of a false impression. It's functional and basic and if you get a small room, it will really be tiny. You can barely shut the bathroom door once you sit on the toilet, the sink is so small that the kettle doesn't fit so you need to use a glass to fill the kettle with water. So perfectly OK as a hotel room, just basic and no frills.
