Very clean and spacious room, all expected amenities, well heated, good shower, comfy bed. Quiet. Car parking on the premises, close to town centre and inner ring road.

Ideal location for town centre plus parking

the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. the room was very clean and the location was excellent for town. also very useful to have the car park. the bathroom was a good size and the shower was good.

it was very warm in the rooms, there was quite a-lot of noise at night, mostly from other guests but also noise heating and fridge, our children all slept well though. The breakfast was a little disappointing but the hash browns were great!

Comfort and cleanliness

Very disappointed that the bar is no longer in use, we used to really enjoy a drink there

I was disapointed that an accesable room wasn't available but the room we were given was spacious enough to use my walker & a safe seat was brought to our room for me to use in the shower within 15mins - excellent customer service thank you. When we checked out, leaving our bags for a couple of hours was not a problem :)

The very steep hill is a little tricky for a manual wheelchair

Good location and easy to walk into town centre. Handy parking on site. Friendly staff.

It's real value for money. The staffs very polite. I will not hold back to recommend it for friends and family.

No bar for alcohol

Clean and fresh. Helpful staff. Good food both breakfast and room service, and the location was ideal for our needs, as well as ample parking

It's the second time I've stayed here, and rest assured I'll be staying again at some point in the not too distant future. Great, clean room, excellent location, and helpful friendly staff. What's not to like?

This second stay seemed inexplicably expensive. Especially as my first stay was over the Christmas period.
