It was dirty, smelly, basic, out dated, and it was currently under construction. Levels closed off. The rooms carpet was filthy and stained. We complained and left immediately after arriving. We sought out another hotel in the area and moved. We were also charged twice and had to ring Booking.com and hotel to sort it out. We did not receive the full payment refund. Unfortunately we wound not recommend this hotel in its current state.

Food was good.. but the waiting would put you off eating there . Staff very thin on the ground.. and badly trained.

we got the wrong rooms at first, they moved us to the correct rooms. I made the reservation for 2 rooms which means that we have seen 4 rooms at the hotel and all of them didn’t get hoovered, the carpet was dirty and the coasters for the glasses were wet. They didn’t empty the kettle (who knows for how long the water has been there) plus they turned the heating off during the night and apparently the heater also heats the shower, consequently there wasn’t hot shower during the night and morning because they only turned it on in the morning and it takes time to get warm. In two rooms the phone wasn’t working so we had to go down to the reception whenever we wanted to ask something. The parking for the hotel is really small, if you’re lucky you get a spot otherwise you will have to find another place to park.

Location was ideal being close to most shops and the available parking either in front or in the secure car park in the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way
