House is picture perfect, location was fabulous …disappointments: lack of prompt assistance with TV and early check-out, ( 9 am is early) but my request for extra hour was declined. Great home, decorated and had everything we needed.

Our stay at this home was great. The property is exactly like it is pictured. The accommodations are simple, no frills (which is great for have two small children), but very clean. The master bed was also extremely comfortable. We only had two snafus while staying at this home (the air conditioning Nest system and the smart lock getting in), but management was quick to address and fix the Nest system. My reason for the 4 star for check in was that the smart lock was tricky to open, so every time we would try to get in the house it would take 4-5 times to open (which can be hard with young children). The location was also great - a quick drive to town and Skaket Beach. We would consider staying here again!

Our stay here was everything we hoped it would be! The accommodations are exactly as pictured - clean, beautiful, comfortable, and well taken care of by the property owners. We enjoyed Skaket Beach and Nauset Beach, both within a short drive. The location is located very close to wonderful restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We hope to be back for multiple summers!

I spent the weekend here with my husband and 16 year old daughter. This spot was perfect for us. We were so pleased to find it utterly spotless and exactly as described. In addition, we loved the location - and biked into Orleans Center a couple of times. If our stay had been longer we would have been on our bikes heading in all sorts of directions: Rock Harbor & Skaket. We would happily return! Thanks!

Wonderful yard, super comfortable beds, and the beautiful Rock Harbor a short distance away. (Though the road was kinda busy and narrow for walking there; we drove or biked there.) The back patio was a great place to hang out and for playing with kids outdoors, but be aware there is traffic noise, as the location is not far from Rt. 6. We had our bikes, which allowed us to use the nearby CCRT to go to National Seashore, Orleans Center and Nickerson State Park. The interior was nicely laid out, extremely clean and furnished well. My only compliant in regards to cleanliness, which is minor, is that the outdoor grill was unusable because it had so much grease in it that when you turned it on it spouted flames a foot high which did not dissipate even after several minutes of trying to burn it off, dramatic plumes of smelly black smoke and all. The maintenance crew was responsive and very good about telling us about some minor work that had to be done at the house when we there. They even offered to buy us breakfast somewhere to avoid it, but we were a bit reticent about going out due to Covid. I definitely thought I got my money's worth and would stay there again.

My husband and I had the most amazing time while staying at this house in Cape Cod. We initially planned to stay for 4 weeks but ended up extending for 2 extra weeks as there was so much more we wanted to do and see in the surrounding area. The location of the house is incredible..it’s 10-15 min walk to a beautiful harbor where we watched the sunset almost every night. It’s also a 5 minute drive to great beaches and close to Orleans town. The house has everything you need, it’s super clean and cute. It has a great terrace with a grill and lots of outdoor space. DelMar property management was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I would change is the windows on top of the bed to limit the amount of light coming in early in the morning. Overall, we had an incredible time and can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful house and location!

We had a great stay on the cape in this property. We had everything we needed and it was well stocked. Clean and well cared for. Great communication with the rental company.

This house is in a great location and perfect for a family of four or five. Convenient to beach, town and rail trail. The yard, patio and grill were beautifully maintained. The only small issue we had was that there were no shades on the windows above the bed in the master bedroom which made for an early wake up! The property managers quickly and amiably dealt with the problem we had with using the infinity TV. But some people would probably be able to trouble shoot that on their own. Overall we would highly recommend this rental.

We loved this property and it was exactly as described on Homeaway. It is the cleanest unit we have ever rented. We would have liked to have had people over but that was against the rules. Overall, it's a great place.

This is our second stay at this property and we plan to return again next summer. The property is exactly as described and after 13 summers in Orleans, the location is one that works for our family. We love spending time on the back patio and starting our days on the screened in porch. Minor issues during this stay and last year were handled immediately by the property management folks, who are local. Highly recommend.

Very clean, beds comfy, lots of space in kitchen and living room, large washer and dryer, very responsive property manager, great location (near stores, bay beach, bike trail). Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and roomy, no issues with house, comfortable king bed, everything you need for a few days or a month

Most importantly, the House was clean and as it appeared in pictures. It was wonderful for our two boys and us. The boys loved having their own room (with bunk beds) and there was plenty of space to hang out after the kids went to bed. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. The location is so central in Orleans. We did have some issues with ants in the house, but Luke responded so quickly and was at our house within ten minutes of us calling and he resolved the situation in no time. We’re already excited for next year!

We're geeks for yard games and bring our own wherever we go...this 'hobbie' does require a great yard though - and the Harbor Haven cottage didn't disappoint!

Can't wait to be back - Owner told me they are totally redoing all the landscape & patio! Can't wait to see it next summer!

It was nice sending the kids to the backyard playhouse to get out of our hair during cocktail hour. Beach was so close and spent many evenings watching the stars. Cottage was super clean! Thanks again!

First thing I noticed was how CLEAN the cottage was! It is bright and airy and the back yard has 100% privacy. We loved staying in Orleans, the bike trail and all the fun National Seashore experiences nearby!

We chartered out of Rock Harbor and had a fantastic time. Less than a mile down the road and we found a great place to grab a bite after we returned from a successful day fishing. Will do this for my father's birthday again next year!
