Everything was fantastic for me and my eldest daughter. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us, which was wonderful. They gave us a gorgeous room with a balcony, which was a huge bonus and made our stay really exceptional. Thank you so much. Merci mille fois - c'était inoubliable !

There was only one peignoir in the bathroom, but it was a very small thing so we didn't actually bother to do anything about it, as everything else was perfect.

Absolutely the best ever stay I have had in Paris. The staffs were very professional and hospitable. The mini bar was free. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was amazing, in the central Paris neay Elysées but very quiet during the day and night. Really recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy a good stay when visiting Paris!

The stay was perfect. we were there for the Paris marathon and the place was well placed for it. the staff were super helpful and friendly. there was a free bar that offered free flow of soft drinks, tea, coffee and cake every day. even though central, the rooms were quiet. we had a room with a balcony with great views! thank you!

Breakfast is very good There should be more plant- based milk like oat and coconut milk

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 20 minute walk to the major museums and attractions.. Our room was on the 6th floor, so it had these incredibly charming eaves and windows that made the rain so cozy. The hotel also provides snacks, tea, coffee from 1400-0200, which was lovely. It was great to have a cup of tea and snack in the later afternoon.

The window stile around the window eaves were covered in fairly thick dust. But this was a minor complaint. Otherwise the hotel was great, and we loved our stay.

Our luggage was delayed and we were having it delivered from the airport. The man on reception at the hotel turned it away when it arrived. Hotel gave us some compensation, but it really did ruin our trip.

Great location, able to walk everywhere. Because it was my birthday they provide me with a Eiffel Tower room view and rose petals on the bed and macarons sooo nice! The staff was amazing and super polite specially Lauren who served us breakfast every morning Also, they are very generous with free snacks and drinks available at the lobby all day and free drinks in our frigo bar definitely a special touch We will definitely be back again!

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and were impressed by the attention to detail, helpfulness, and friendliness of all the staff. The room was very big - especially vs such a central location and nornal standards for Paris. We even had a balcony! Room cleaning was perfect every day. We liked that there were free hot drinks and cakes in the dining area downstairs the whole afternoon! Overall, the hotel had a lot of personality/charm and felt very comfortable.
