The location is unrivaled! The Louvre is 3 minutes walk, and there’re tons of great shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself has lots of character with super-modern amenities. Loved the shower, views from the double balcony, and comfy bed. I didn’t want to leave.

Nothing really, but if I had to say something that wasn’t great, I’d say the elevator. Just one elevator, and sometimes had to wait - probably just about a minute though.

The location is perfect and near all the key museums and tourist spots. Restaurant around are accessible. The room and amenities are really great with chromecast and speakers. I am biased as I love French breakfast so ai really enjoyed it. Lastly, Lois at the reception was just the nicest and most helpful!

Nothing major but the light switches - it would’ve bee great if the bathroom light can be controlled separate from the room lighting.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel. Malgré les travaux (nous le savions en réservant nos nuités), la chambre rénovée était très confortable et calme (nous étions côté cour intérieure)... 25m2, c’est toujours très appréciable dans Paris! Le personnel a été au petit soin et toujours serviable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et suffisant pour satisfaire notre appétit.

The Hotel was doing MAJOR renovation and still charged premium prices. I was not aware of this renovation or I would have stayed at anothr hotel. If I could have, I would have found another for the first night. I did cancel my second night reservation and switched to a Hyatt in Port Maillot. I am still waiting for a refund of my cancellation was approved by the staff at the hotel. Very unhappy! ruined my wife's first night in Paris.

The hotel was doing MAJOR renovation and we were unaware until we arrived late in the day. If I could, I would have immediately moved to another hotel. Charged premium rate to stay in a construction project. I want my money back.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and both the bathroom and bedroom were large, with a very modern and fashionable aesthetic. The room was constructed to let the most natural light in. The staff of the hotel were very accommodating, and the amenities provided were better than most, with large shampoo and body wash containers compared to the usual tiny bottles, for example.

The hallway leading to our room was unappealing; the ceiling in some areas was exposed, and the wires were showing as well. The carpets of the staircase were dusty as well. We understand that maybe those areas are under renovation and those were the only issues we had during our stay. Everything else was perfect.

It is currently being renovated so you won't get a sleep in, but if you're an early riser it won't bother you.

The location was perfect, the renovation of the room is amazing, the staff (Mark and Khaled) from the front desk were helpful and friendly. The housekeepers most of them were doing a great job.

At checkout, the front desk didn’t offer a help to bring our luggage’s downstairs, they asked us to do it by ourselves. Didn’t offer a trolley also!

Two women working breakfast our first morning there were a little rude to us as we came down 15 minutes early (we weren’t sure what time breakfast was)

The king size bed was nice and super comfy and the pillows were adequate. We were expecting the rooms to be small but they were pretty good sized for us. The bathroom was nice and we loved the towel warmers. I would recommend travelers to stay at this place. It was close to the metro and the Louvre musee. Lots of places to eat too. The hotel breakfast had a good spread. Just know you can order omelettes with it.

We didn't expect we would have stairs to get to our rooms but it was manageable. We would prefer to use an elevator.

I booked and paid for deluxe room, however the reception checked me in to another smaller and cheaper room. (it was standard room) I spent half day to prove that the room that I’ve booked (showing pictures and screen shots of the room and payments etc) does not match the room that they gave (the room in fact looked like standard room on their page on booing.com). But nothing happened, they just said that the room that I’ve booked is already occupied with another guest. When I check out, I was going to pay for the mini bar, and when I started to list what I took, the reception gave an awful contemptuous and judging look , giggled with each other in front of me and my friend, not even hiding it. We took several drinks like tonic, juice, champagne, smth else. So I felt like I’ve done something bad. I chose this hotel to spend my birthday and to be honest this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Definitely will not return to this hotel. This kind of behavior in front of guests in unacceptable.

Very nice modern rooms. Big shower cubicle. Nice continental breakfast.

At the current time (March 2023) there are renovation working going on, so some parts of the hotel look messy.
