Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Ideenreich. Sehr aufmerksames Personal, was sofort agierte wenn etwas fehlte.

The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us and they are a real credit to the hotel. The communal hotel facilities were excellent and much better than I had expected. Breakfast was outstanding, if a little on the pricey side (had assumed breakfast was included as I normally how that box checked) but when added to the room rate and facilities it is still very good value for money. In addition the outside space at the hotel is amazing and if we had stayed for more than 1 night we would have definitely take more advantage of it and the Spa facilities.

Location was a little bit isolated. The rooms could do with some updating. My room had a very eclectic feel which could just be a style choice and it was certainly nice enough but a lick of paint wouldn’t have gone amiss.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig; die Betten waren bequem; das Badezimmer sauber. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, es hat einfach alles gepasst!

Es war alles OK.

Das gesamte Setup für Trainer wußte zu gefallen. Von der Betreuung bis zu den guten Neuland Stiften. Die Neuen Zimmer Himmelsstürmer sind sehr geschmackvoll modernisiert.

Erstkontakt am Telefon bezüglich des Ablaufplans war irritierend. ...können Ihnen keine festen Pausenzeiten zusagen.." Die "alten" Zimmer sollten optisch angepasst werden.

Staff were amazing, very attentive, friendly, and always smiling Food in the restaurant was superb, waiting staff took their time to translate the menu for us, and did not rush us, the homemade breads and goats cheese mouse were out of this world, great selection for breakfast and the morning staff were again amazing. The hotel is in a great location, nice and secluded

Bed was a little too soft for me, and I kept rolling into the middle of the mattress.

I liked lot my room 73. It is lovely place where the hotel is situated.
