Great place for a large group. We love sitting in the back porch together.

I loved 😍 the house nice and big enough beds 🛌 for everyone. Enjoy my whole weekend was able to have a BBQ. I will stay here again.

My Family has had the most amazing experience. the house was very comfortable and very clean. the hosts accommodated all our needs and with sensitivity, understanding, and kindness. The place gave our family the opportunity to connect and relax and to bring us all together in the most amazing way.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Owners were very flexible and easy to communicate with. Place was clean, plenty of space for 9 of us, and a quick 5-10 minute ride anywhere in the city. Would stay here again.

As advertised and well equipped kitchen. Not into gambling, but the boardwalk is a nice walk, altho parts of the boardwalk are rundown. Our stay was 3 nights in the fall, and was great. If you are a family or large group staying for 5 nights or more, you will miss not having a washer/dryer.

It was a good house. Everything was as described and we were very comfortable. Large dining room sat us all, and the living room has plenty of seating space. Three full baths was great, and we really enjoyed the convenience (quick drive or long walk) to most of downtown AC. Some good cafes nearby!

Great space for a large group or multiple families and the living room is much larger than it appears in the photos. Very quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Minimal amenities; towels provided but not washclothes, only enough eating utensils for about 10 people, no laundry.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend to friends and family.

This house was perfect for our group. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible but the outside deck would have been a perfect spot to hang out. The check out process was easy and not ridiculous like many other bookings.

My family and I rented this VRBO property for Thanksgiving 2020. Upon arrival to the property, my family noticed a neighbor observing our every move from the window. While walking inside, we noticed the floors were extremely dirty. There were roaches on the counter next to the stove, which we had to swiftly dispose of. We attempted to make do with what we were given as there were no cleaning supplies on hand and only two trash bags for the entire(thanksgiving)weekend. Couches were indented and highly uncomfortable to sit on. There is also a hole on the top of the staircase landing column, which, if a child is to see it, they would probably stick their hand inside and possibly get hurt. The fridge nor freezer gets cold enough. On top of the beds being uncomfortable, all of them had dirty sheets, and certain bedrooms have see-through curtains, and most of my family members had to get changed in the other bathrooms to avoid being seen. The back porch is virtually underneath the neighbor’s house, which gives him an open window into our family activities, which is a huge invasion of privacy. The neighbor watches from the window with his lights off almost as if he is secretly a spy for the landlord. If a group of women were staying here, they would be highly disturbed by his window surveillance. This landlord sent me a highly unprofessional text message recanting false information, explaining how my family was “noisy” and how the neighbors begged him to “calm us down.” He also said our “behavior is unacceptable,” and threatened to assess us more charges on top of terminating our lease. Upon leaving he apologized saying there was a mix up with properties even after he personally addressed me. I cannot tolerate being watched and feeling racially profiled. I also do not take kindly to being threatened with more fees after paying an exuberant amount to stay in an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment. Location aside, I will gladly choose not to stay here again.

Great property - plenty of rooms and space for our guests. Easy access to boardwalk and short walk to Tropicana and other casinos. The living room and dining room set-up was great as we were able to have a meal together and sit around watching TV. Great house.

I must say the house in person is much nicer than the pictures, very modern. The house was clean and so spacious. Everyone had their own sleeping space. We made use of the entire house. The livingroom, dining room and deck were the areas we used the most and it was awesome. I would definitely stay here again. The bonus was the 5 min uber ride to the boardwalk/casinos. The host answered my text messages in a timely manner and I appreciated there prompt assistance.

The owners were very quick to respond to questions and very helpful! The house was very clean and big! The location was walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Perfect for a relaxing weekend beach trip.

the rental house was beautiful & ideal for our family getaway; it was clean & cozy, tastefully decorated & very spacious...the neighborhood was safe & the beach was a short walking distance...the owners were quick to reply with any questions or concerns...we would love to return in the near future 😊�

My overall impression of the house is great. Communication with the owners was very easy as was the check-in process. I only had 3 small issues. 1. The screen door to the back which connect kitchen to outside deck was off center so we couldn't move it back and forth which means we couldnt have that open while in the kitchen cooking, which became a little hot. 2. The beds in a few off the rooms could be a lot better. We actually had to moved the mattress to the floor in our room just to get a good nights sleep. If you weigh over 100 pounds these beds not for you,lol. 3. 2 of the bedrooms are connected. Wasn't a real problem, it being a family weekend, but if it was a couples weekend, it would have been a real issue. That should definitely be advertised so folks know before they get there. That could really be a big issue. Other then that I would highly recommended this house, close to beach, WAWA, casinos. Very Nice.

Property was exactly as advertised. Fit 10 people for a bachelor party very comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
