Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, Lage perfekt sowohl mit Auto als auch mit ÖPNV. Nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Zur Straßenbahn, Bus und S-Bahn sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten, also perfekt. Nach Warnemünde fährt die S-Bahn in 20 Minuten. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll modern und praktisch eingerichtet, außerordentlich sauber, mit Klimaanlage. In der Küche ist alles wichtige vorhanden. Kleiner Tip: eine kleine Mikrowelle o.ä. wäre noch empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter und das Personal sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, helfen bei allen Fragen, wirklich super und immer ansprechbar. Die nahe S-Bahn hört man nur im Freien, im Zimmer ist es ruhig.

Mir persönlich hat alles gefallen, Lage, Unterkunft, Personal! Deshalb kann ich nichts negatives melden.

Es fehlt eine Duschablage

The location is top to go everywhere. They were really helpful and kind. The room is nice for a couple of nights. We enjoyed also watching some TV at the evening and made some basic meals. It was a really comfortable space and worth the price.

The S-Bahn Station is close by. It might be the sound of the trains passing every 15 min is not ideal for someone. For us was not a problem. We found some hair in the bed so I guess the could do better regarding the cleaneliness. Otherwise it was very organized and nice.

Good location comfortable beds. Next to train station to beach and tram line to city.

Bit of no train noise, no problem with ear plugs.

The staff were very helpful and understanding and made us feel like we were at home

Everything is exceptionally clean, you get everything you need here, free parking, little kitchen, nice location. And the host is super friendly! highly recommend!
