We visited Anna Maria with the family and found this condo to be perfectly situated right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. The condo is located a short one minute walk from the sugar sands of Bradenton Beach. Great restaurants close by and the condo is well appointed with everything you and your party will need for a great vacation. We found this condo perfectly located and communication with property manager was great.

Great location! Steps from bay and short walk to not so crowded beach. Property had anything you would need in unit. Stairs were necessary, so if you can’t make it up a few flights…this isn’t the property for you. We rented a golf cart, it was delivered to the unit. We were close to the trolly pick up. And walking distance to a couple resturaunts. Minutes from bridge street. And a short drive to Anna Maria sights and shopping, dining, ect. We had the best time!!! Thanks for having us!

Great place, great location. Had an issue booking the property. Terry couldn’t have been more rude and unhelpful.

We literally loved everything about this place and our stay. We are also hosts of a property and understand how important reviews can be - this place is falsely advertising that there are to full/queen beds via pictures on the site - it’s BS. We showed up and a trundle was stuck in the closet, a handyman was supposed to come re-install it, never showed up and no call from him or the manager. We rented based on pictures and descriptions and this place is not being truthful. Besides the second bedroom situation it was amazing, but that’s not ok to falsely advertise. They’re going to reply they are sorry and communicated with me, that’s BS, I got one call and no follow up and no one came to fix the trundle bed and I had to do it on my own.

We cannot say enough about this condo, location and overall experience at AMI! The condo was clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was awesome, an easy walk to the beach. Our kids loved the pool! We enjoyed each and every day on AMI. Terry was responsive and helpful. Thank you for a beautiful week!

Good experience renting this property . Rental had plenty of utensils and was spacious.

We had a blast on our vacation. The condo was very nice and clean. It’s plenty big enough to enjoy your stay. The only drawback was the steps but that’s my fault next time I’ll ask because I’d prefer a main floor. But other than that, this place was very nice!

I’d never stayed in a VRBO. Terry made it easy and enjoyable. It was easy to make reservations, check-in and check out. VERY clean, nice and had everything we needed. Nice place. Was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had most everything that you needed. Walk to the beach wasn’t terrible, just right across the street. Good, central location on Anna Maria as well.

This condo was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, well stocked and in a great location on the island. The pool was very nice and the proximity to the bay and beach was unbeatable. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit was as advertised and Terry supplied us with all the information we needed for the rental and the area. Great location.

The condo was great and in a perfect location centrally located on the island. I was a tad disappointed in beach supplies, bring your own or rent as they are camp chairs not beach chairs available. Condo is very clean and beds were comfortable. Needs new pillows and there are no extra only a couple on each bed. Owners were responsive but you need to check emails often as that is sole communication.

Very well-located unit with sunny heated pool, two parking spaces, and nice layout. You can see the sunrise on the bay from the property's dock and sunsets one minute walk on the Gulf beach. Easy walk to many restaurants, including the lively Bridge Street area with shops and live entertainment. Unit had everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time in Anna Maria Island and this condo was perfect for us. We loved the location--view of bay was beautiful and a very short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. I have rented many times from VRBO and this condo was the best equipped condo we have ever rented. You just need to bring yourself and your personal belongings. They have everything for the beach, the furniture and beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, heated pool was nice when we couldn't go to the beach, and it's very quiet! We appreciated having our own parking even though you wouldn't really need a car at Anna Maria Island. Condo very clean and everything worked!! All in all we had a wonderful time. Terry was very responsive to any questions we had and we will definitely rent this unit again! Sheila

We all enjoyed the out of the way location, but with a short walk, we were on the main drag with its access to the trolley. We had a deck that had sun most of the day and one that had shade most of the day. The pool was always enjoyable.... clean and warm.

I chose this place for my workation as I work remotely and it was amazing! My girlfriend and I both enjoyed the view even though the weather was a little chilly for Florida but it wasn’t that bad. The place was extremely clean and very well laid out! Water on all sides and the restaurants and beach next to us were amazing!

Loved this condo and the location. We didn't even rent a car, we just walked to everything and spent a lot of time at Bridge Street businesses. Took the trolley or an Uber when walking was too far. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just the two of us this time, but we would've had plenty of room if another couple had joined us. Would definitely book this condo again. The property was super clean with everything that was needed. Had problems with the combination when we got there but Terry was right there to help. The kitchen had everything that was needed in order to cook throughout the week. The only thing that would have made it a little better would be to provide a Keurig machine which wasn't a big deal after I remembered how to fix coffee in a regular coffee pot :-) Games, puzzles, and books were provided which was nice and very thoughtful. Also received a lot of information about the area. I am sure we will stay there again!

We rented this condo for 5 days and had a wonderful experience! There was a lot of communication via text and email with instructions for check in/check out as well as things to do on the island and just checking in periodically during our stay. Check in was simple, as there is just a key code to enter and we never had any trouble with it not working for us. The condo was beautiful and very clean. With 2 balconies you could enjoy views of the pool, ocean side, and sound side and the beach was a short walk across the street. It was a nice and quite location kind of tucked away from everything. It's also within walking distance of a couple restaurants as well. Everything else is a short drive away. With regards to amenities, there were even more than what was listed online! The closet of the second bedroom had several beach items that we weren't able to bring since we flew down. Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Full kitchen set up with anything you might want to use to cook at home. There were plenty of fresh towels for us to use as well. We would definitely book here again!
