Polecam przestronne apartamenty z widokiem na morze. Mieliśmy widok na ogród, gdzie słyszeliśmy śpiew ptaków. Nie każdy pokój taki jest, wiele jest z widokiem na basen.
All inclusive adekwatne do ceny, ale nie zawsze było coś ciekawego do zjedzenia. Przykładowo dobre kalmary w strefie kolacji nietematycznej były co dwa dni.
Blisko plaży.
Świetna lokalizacja na szybki trekking. Polecam przejść półwysep dookoła z samego rana. Idealne miejsce na spacer. Dla wygody przydadzą się lepsze buty!
Dużo dzieci i klub.
Brak sensownego parkingu, wieczorami trzeba parkować kilkaset metrów dalej.
Plaża niezbyt ciekawa. Mimo małej miejscowości, było sporo ludzi. Plaża nie była w 100% czysta, może to kwestia terminu - maj 2024. Parasole na plaży dopiero były rozkładane.
Za dużo dzieci, ale to hotel dla rodzin, więc wiedzieliśmy na co się piszemy. Za drugim razem wolałbym jeść w restauracji, bo było za głośno.

Výborná poloha, kúsok od mora, avšak bez hluku z reštaurácii a okolitých barov. Dostupné možnosti nákupu, supermarkety, požičovne bicyklov. Strava bola rozmanitá, so širokým výberom na raňajky aj na večeru. Pred hotelom zastávka autobusu do centra mesta aj na letisko.
V hoteli by som privítala miestnosť na osprchovanie alebo prezlecenie, ak je neskorší odlet a izba už nie je k dispozícii. Taktiež som nepostrehla priestor pre deti, malé ihrisko, alebo niečo co by deti zabavilo v areáli hotela..bolo by to prínosom, nakoľko ostatné služby a vybavenie je na veľmi dobrej úrovni.

Hotel jest dosyć stary i zapuszczony. Zasłony były brudne, prysznic i zlew również. Realia znacznie odbiegają od zdjęć na stronie.

Most people were friendly and helpfull. I was very happy with the 24h check-in, because we arrived at night and got delayed because of the flight. This was no problem whatsoever.
In the room we had an issue with a door to the balcony that couldn't be closed, we reported it and it was fixed in no time.
There is a busstop right in front of the hotel, which is usefull to go to Palma, Soller, Arenal or the airport. Ca'n Pastilla itself off-season is a bit dull. But there is enough to do around it.
We had bad luck with the weather, but the hotel of coarse can't help that.
Very personal, but the beds were a bit too soft for my likings.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we had an early flight. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is nice and in a good location- close to the beach and airport. Rooms were nice with balcony and comfy.

Mycket bra frukost i utbud. Dock älskar jag ägg och bacon när jag är på hotell men bacon här var alltid svagt stekta. Ett klart minus!
Lätt hög ljudvolym vid maten. Ekade rejält. Blir jobbigt när det är mycket folk. Ett plus hade varit om du kunnat beställa kaffe efter maten. Det gick inte för sig utan vi ombads att gå ut till baren och köpa där. Samma bar som personalen hämtade måltidsdrycker.

Lage gut. In 3.Reihe, nah am Flughafen. Trotzdem ruhig, abseits des Trubels und dicht am Strand.
Check in erst später als eigentlich angeboten möglich. Frühstücksraum eher Bahnhofshalle. Qualität ok, Sauberkeit insgesamt dort eher nicht so toll, Tische wurden nur sehr sporadisch abgeräumt

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön.
Das Hotel liegt dicht am Meer und die nächste Bushaltestelle vom Flughafenbus ist sehr nah.
Kommunikation via booking.com war sehr verspätet (eine Woche nachdem ich da war wurde auf meine Frage geantwortet)
Leider durfte man nicht in den Pool. Gründen waren mehrmals verschiedene.

Bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel n'est pas récent mais il est entretenu cela se voit (peinture propre...). Bon accueil, service bagagerie pratique pour finir de profiter avant de reprendre son vol sans les bagages ! Le personnel d'entretien très aimable et souriante malgré leur charge de travail ! A pieds de l'aéroport+/- 2km mais se fait tranquilou 😉 si vous ne prenez pas de navette.
A préciser les périodes de fermeture de la piscine lors des réservations. Rien de grave hôtel en avril mais piscine fermée pour entretien au regard de la période piscine non obligatoire !

Ubytovanie bolo vo výbornej lokalite, blizko pri letisku, pláži a veľmi rýchlo sme sa dostali na diaľnicu, čo vyhovuje ľudom, ktorí chcú spoznať celý ostrov. Izba bola moderne vybavená, čistá, raňajky super.
Príliš mäkké matrace, človek spí ako vo vani. Niektoré dni po upratani izby to vyzeralo ako by tam niekto len postlal posteľ a nepozametal.

Pascal and Enikò were both extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. The room was perfect for my needs and met all requirements, quiet, exceptionally clean with all the amenities required. As a solo traveller I also felt it was very safe which is important when travelling alone. All other guests that I met were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and again met my needs. Very close to the central square. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, I would return if coming back to Sòller.

Ubicación excelente. Llegué antes en avión y pude utilizar el transporte público para llegar al hotel perfectamente. Luego llegó mi familia en ferry con el coche y el acceso también perfecto.
Habitación tranquila al final del pasillo, calefacción perfecta (noviembre) con un bonito balcón, vistas a la piscina y de fondo el mar.
Solo un detalle para mejorar. Aunque el baño está bien, la ducha perfecta, solo tiene un estante donde dejan las toallas y sería útil que hubiera colgadores para poder colocarlas. El único que hay está dentro de la ducha.

The hotel contacted on the morning of departure to say they couldn't accommodate us. They had already taken payment. They sent us to another hotel, which wasn't up to much, who also charged us. We would not have chosen the second hotel but had no choice as we were already heading for the airport.
