The rooms were fantastic, we had the panoramic view and it was very spacious. Rooms were cleaned twice a day and there were plenty of towels

For half board but you don’t get much for your money. Considering it’s a family hotel, there was not much food to cater for young children/toddlers. No kids cereal or toast, kids yogurts. The kids meals were adult size pastas which is ridiculous, especially for a 16 month old. You are only get free food and drink in one area of the hotel, the rest you have to pay in full but of course these ones are nicer and have a few more options but even then, the menus are pretty much all the same. We asked them what was the ingredients in certain dishes and they couldn’t answer, they seemed clueless and there was no urgency or luxury service considering it’s a 5* hotel. I also requested weeks before we arrived that it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and if they could set up a little dessert in the room or some kind of decoration, my messages were ignored and even on arrival when I mentioned again, there was no apology and said they couldn’t do it til 7-8pm in the evening so what was the point? Anyway, they managed to do it in the end after I pushed them. Although they did give us an extra bottle of Prosecco which unfortunately we couldn’t drink because we had no cork screw in the room. Some of the staff were accommodating, others not so much. I asked one of the lobby ladies on the bar for some milk for my baby, she was very rude and said the bar was closed and go in the next room with a horrific attitude. The girls on the lobby desk in the food hall also seemed to have an attitude, they were talking in Spanish whilst I was fetching some milk and sniggering which made me feel really uncomfortable. The hotel is a 4 star at a PUSH, definitely not a 5* and definitely not worth the money

Amazing location and view, delicious breakfast with a lot of options, nice pool and facilities to rest and relax.

Airco was not working and room was too hot for a comfortable night. We were told airco was not yet connected because it’s normally colder this time of the year but still.

Très bon séjour, chambre avec salle de bain grande et propre, petit balcon avec vue sur la plage et l'eau transparente. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et vaut son prix (20€) : vous trouverez de tout et même du champagne ! Les espaces commun sont très agréables et la vue est saisisante. La salle de sport bien qu'un peu petite est très agréable et propre. Le personnel du salon de massage est très professionnel et vaut également son prix. L'emplacement est superbe, en plein coeur de différents sentiers de randonnée qui vous meneront aux autres plages et criques alentours.

Paradoxalement, cette construction massive qu'est cet hôtel prend une place folle dans le paysage de cet endroit magnifique. C'est ainsi mais il est important de souligner que la massivité de la construction peut ne pas plaire à toustes.

Piscines non chauffées, SPA à 29°, bar extérieur pas en service, repas du soir trop cher (buffet à 70 € pour 2 avec un verre de vin) ! C'est sûr on était encore en avril 😥

I wait too much for my room. I got there at 12 and salud in a few minutes will be ready and I was at the lobby waiting until 3pm. Really bad!

Rooms are extremely noisy and small. No privacy. You could hear the conversations in the next door room. I assume neighbors next door could hear all my conversations as well.

The storm really messed with the hotel and made eating at the restaurant quite difficult, too busy and staff very stressed

The hotel’a location is excellent, right in front of the beach and a few minutes away by car from Ciutadella. The staff was very helpful sorting out tour and dinner reservations. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of option including gluten free!

The room had a bit of a funny smell, as if it had been closed for a long time which surely wasn’t the case. Also, the room could have a few items such as cotton balls and swab, toothbrush and so forth. These are by no measure deal breaker. Just something that could be improved.

Location was superb. So close to the beach.

Use of The Level pool being used on all social media yet the pool was not available to all. This is NOT clear in your advertising. Attention to detail in room not good. Curtain hanging off track for the entire five days of our stay.

The first floor and rooms were infested with hundreds of drain flies.

I didn’t like the facilities and the design of the room and the bathroom ( open Wardrop, room very small, the shower very small…) there is a lot of mosquitoes (I don’t know if it is a problem of minorca)
