One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Firstly the lady on reception was very friendly, spoke excellent English and took a great pleasure in showing us various routes to take for a motorcycle trip. She gave us advice and told us about the area which we appreciated. She was a credit to the company! (unfortunately we didn't get her name) The room itself had air conditioning and a lovely view over the lake with a very small balcony. We booked half-board and ate in the restaurant both evenings. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the food was beautiful and an added bonus was it was air-conditioned therefore we were not pestered with flies! The area itself has a medieval village a short walk away from the hotel which was beautiful and well worth a walk up the steps to visit it.

we got caught in the restaurant we noticed there was a supplement to pay on the steak but didn’t notice it was per gram so it cost us 50 euros each extra for dinner.

Excellent room with verandah and view. The cafe meals were generous and well presented. The cafe and dining room are filled with light and provide great views. Easy walking in the town and the interesting old town

Beautiful town in hills of Pyrranees on river, near lake. Lots of activities for the adventuresome. Hotel's cafeteria served great food at good prices, and the staff were excellent.

The river view rooms, friendly staff, ability to take the lift down to the bike room, car parking behind the hotel, good value restaurant and friendly staff and eager to help with everything .

they need to change the tools kit in the bike room. install a pressure washer for bikes would be good. The restaurant would be better with homemade crème chantilly.

The fact they had a free storage room for our expensive bikes was a must for us. The location was good with a free outside carpark. We could also walk straight into town from the hotel. the receptionist was also quite helpful.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. All cheap mass produced "plastic" food so not very good I thought. Lots of plastic wrapped stuff!

The room terrace

Great location within a very quite and accessible town. Location is about an hour drive from Ordessa National Park which was nice. Hotel staff was friendly.

Bed was very firm and hard and covers were thin. A/C wasn't controllable and was set at a warm temperature. My room was located near the street and in the early morning there was a lot of truck traffic so it was a bit noisy.
