Cute modern apartment. Almost everything you need for comfortable stay (maybe add umbrellas). Appreciated the sustainable approach.

Problems with the key code, the one delivered to us did not work, but I called and got the issue fixed fast.

Just a long way to come up to third floor with luggage

Everything about this place was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean with excellent facilities and a perfect location. Staff were so responsive and friendly over WhatsApp, quickly catering to any requests-the camera provided lacked film and more was provided free of charge the next morning, even though it was requested late at night. Excellent value for money and will definitely stay here should I visit Tallinn again.

Everything you need was provided - microwave, iron, hairdryer, etc! And the location was great!!

Some issues about the cleaning, but it was communicsted with the friendly staff!

Looked lovely! Very open! You can play video games and use polaroid! Also, a lot of thought about sustainability!

Location was great if you don’t want to be in old town but in a hipper area close to many restaurants and shops. It was comfy and easy to access.

Some things that seemed like a plus where purely decoration like the Super Nintendo which didn’t work and the controls where not plugable and pillows where little squares, not comfortable at all.

The overall interior is decent, kitchen is well equiped. Washing machine is available. Underground parking is a very convenient option. Good location, restaurants nearby. You will receive a code to get into the building.

It is quite noisy outside, during the night especially. Blinds were making uncomfortable noise during the wind. It was not clean inside - we found a garling between kitchen table and washer, and dust on the lamp above the bed. The pillows are super small and soft - we found them super uncomfortable. If it is warm outside - it will be hot inside. We also wanted to see a water brush in the bathroom. Overall, we found sleeping here uncomfortable.

Our first experience with Bob W. Communication with Bob is only electronic, but there could be less messages sent, it's a little annoying. The apartment is very well equipped. There is even a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location is very good. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby. You can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes. Within 10 minutes the local market with many eateries. Parking space can be found in the surrounding streets. The breakfasts at the nearby Reval Café were absolutely wonderful. The cafe is located 2 minutes from the accommodation. The second option, Fika Cafe, is more for a snack than breakfast.

There are certain things that bother me a bit: The bathroom is very small, that's okay, but there is only a shower curtain and a bad slope of the floor for the drain. The bathroom is wet and humid afterwards. The ventilation did not work very well. The mattress on the bed moves to the side, so you have to straighten it every day. I also missed a wardrobe near the bed. The last problem was with communication regarding breakfast. I had a free breakfast through Booking.com, but Bob didn't get the message. So I had to communicate with both Booking and Bob. Fortunately, both parties were quick to respond and breakfast was included. The fitness center is not located in the building, but by the markets, it should be noted.

Clean room with everything you need. Big elevator to get your bicycle into the room. Great automated check-in process.

Bathroom has a shower curtain thus the water tends to spill over the floor when showering.

Everything was perfect. 100% recommendable. Great location and attention to detail.

Pricey: we got the place on discount, we wouldn't pay the full price even though it was awesome.

Well equipped and modern

Bathroom next to bed, so if ohter person goes to toilet in the nighttime, it disrupts the otherone as the bathroom light also lights up the sleeping area.

We loved the apartment, it was bright and clean, with lots of attention to detail like lovely furniture, all sorts of toiletries in the bathroom, comfy bed, all the amenities you can think of and even more - like Polaroid camera to use during our stay, Nintendo games, and a really sweet Easter gift from Bob - a small bunny shaped bag with chocolate eggs. We would definitely recommend staying there!
