Everything right from being greeted at the reception desk.every member of staff was friendly.the food was excellent.would definitely stay again.

Ideal location in the centre of Tetbury. Comfortable, cosy room. Very pleasant bar facilities with friendly staff.

Bit of a trek from the long stay car park, but parking is free.

Unfortunately , our daughter was taken ill and admitted to hospital overnight for observation. The receptionist aided me in calling a taxi and it being available for me to return to the hospital quickly.

The staff understanding and being moved to a new room as the 1st was unacceptable.

Dust and hair in the bed , woodwork wiped down so no spillage there. Omg the dust … just needed cleaning and bathrooms really need to be updated as cracks and damage to the white goods have just been a bodged and tiles just stuck on with cilicone.

Room very small and needs updating

We stayed there as we were attending a wedding on the Saturday. We arrived Saturday morning before check in just to drop bags and get the key, but they went above and beyond and cleaned a room making it available to us. Staff were very helpful.

Room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Staff were extremely helpful and supportive, particularly when our circumstances changed due to my husband's poor health. Thank you very much.

There was plenty enough options for breakfast which was provided efficiently and the rooms provided everything I needed.

There wasn't many staff around, particularly when I arrived and left. Only saw 3 members of staff over the time I was there. But that may just have been a busy time.

Overall everything was fine: the staff were all friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. The central location was perfect and although our room looked out onto bricks and mortar, it meant that it was actually very quiet.

The mattress was so soft that each time we turned over we thought we were going to fall off the edge. The fact that the floor sloped didn't help.

The hotel was very nice , breakfast was very good , room was clean and spacious and all Staff very friendly.
