Basic kamer is piepklein en aan zeer rumoerige straatkant. Heb geen oog dicht gedaan. En dat voor 190€ absolute afrader.

Prima ausgestattet, ruhig, aber fussläufig zum Zentrum, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes in der Hotelgarage direkt gegenüber.

Wir hatten für uns den Jackpot- das resultierte nicht nur aus dem stilvollen Ambiente, sondern aus vielen Goodies, die uns angenehm überrascht haben:
Jederzeit einen kostenlosen Kaffee/Tee oder Wasser.
Am Eingang für einen kleinen Betrag einen Regenschirm zum Leihen für 48h(Supersystem)
Kostenlose Suppe
Es gibt die Appartements und das Hotel.
Unser Zimmer war sehr stilvoll und sauber.
Obwohl es in Bahnhofsnähe liegt, hatten wir oben unter dem Dach unsere Ruhe( dennoch wäre es Zeit für Thermopenfenster);)
Der Service am Empfang war freundlich und der Ablauf unkompliziert.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an Viktoria, die uns abends Tipps für schöne Restaurants(Preps!!!!)
gab und so herzlich & nett war.Ganz toller Service!!!
Alles in allem war uns schnell klar, das wir hier nochmal herkommen;)

Great location few minutes walking from the train station. Attention to design. Good breakfast (with cava included), free soup available all day long. Staff helpful and freindly.
The room I got was not very big and at the end of a long hallway with stairs. Some additional equipment in the room would have been useful (eg a boiler/kettle, a fridge). The website advertises a spa/wellness center, but it is not on the premises but in the hostel close-by.

Obwohl der Bahnhof direkt gegenüber war ,war es sehr ruhig 👍🏻
Was super war , man konnte den ganzen Tag Kaffee und Tee umsonst trinken und ein süppchen konnte man auch umsonst essen👍🏻wir können das Hotel auf jedemn Fall empfehlen
Das Zimmer war doch sehr klein aber für zwei Nächte ausreichend 😀

The staff were friendly and hospitable. There was soup, coffee, tea and fruits that they offered free of charge.
The room was clean.
The hotel's location was outstanding, situated near the city's central station and only a 10-minute walk from the city centre.
The lobby of the hotel was nice and you could find games and books to enjoy the moments there.
Nothing specially but As an suggestion that would be good if rooms has a minibar. And also we didn’t have a cleaning room service in our second day.

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist sehr zentral für den historischen Teil der Stadt wie auch für das Stadtzentrum.
Die Beschreibung mit den Fotos des Zimmers im Angebot las sich deutlich vielversprechender als es letztendlich war. In den Ecken des Zimmers lagen Staubknödel, die Lampenkabel an der Decke waren voller Staub, die Ablagefläche vom Fön war staubig, das Waschbecken lief nur ganz langsam ab, die Dichtungslippe der Dusche war völlig verkalkt/siffig und löchrig, so dass nach der Benutzung der Fußboden unter Wasser stand. Frühstück für 20 € pP war uns zu teuer, daher sind wir in eine urige Bäcker mit Mühlenbetrieb gegangen.

Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber - zum Wohlfühlen.
Die Lobby ist schön gestaltet, super auch das Angebot der kostenlosen Tagessuppe zu jeder Uhrzeit.
Frühstück war in Ordnung, hätte für den Preis allerdings noch etwas umfangreicher sein können.
Leider keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Bademäntel und kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Wir hatten die größte Zimmerkategorie gebucht.
Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss, hatte aber leider keine blickdichten Gardinen. Man konnte von außen hineingucken, außer man zog die Verdunkelungsvorhänge zu. Vom Busbahnhof her kommt Lärm, parkende Busse mit laufendem Motor.
"Extrawunsch", nämlich Badesalz für die Badewanne, wurde leider nicht erfüllt. Schade.

De locatie was goed, lag vlakbij station en niet heel ver lopen naar binnenstad.
Het hotel zag er best gezellig uit.
De kamers waren duur en behoorlijk basic en niet echt gezellig aangekleed. Weinig faciliteiten op de kamer. Voor die prijs mag er best iets van koffie-thee faciliteiten zijn.

The room was perfect for my short stay for work. It was a convenient location for getting to the MECC conference centre as there were many quick buses right outside. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent as it was very warm!

The breakfast was a nice buffet with variety of options. The room was great and clean. Would definitely recommend trying out the Navish Spa as well!

The hotel offers soup which is very nice, but no vegan option. I also asked for the quiet room and got one on the first floor facing the street.
It says it has sauna but in fact there is a spa as part of the hostel next door, so...

Friendly staff, nice free soup upon arrival, rooms were good and location very convenient next to the train station
We booked mostly for the sauna and swimming pool, but it wasn't clear to us that we had to pay extra for that. That's quite uncommon in hotels. Also there was no fridge in the room.

Location
When we arrived, we found eaten food and trush outside of our room's door and the noise isolation of the room was bad. It was too noisy at night when we were trying to sleep.

The breakfast was great, the location was EXCELLENT, the staff were generally very pleasant
I requested a late check out and was told by the staff that they included it at the time of check in. I was very embarrassed and agitated, when I was checking out. Apparently, the late check out fee had not been added and I was in a heated discussion with the new staff(who was VERY PLEASANT and professional). I would like to apologize to her as it was no fault of hers.

The cozy atmosphere, the modern interior, the free tea and coffee and welcome soup on arrival and just how lovely it is that you can sit and read or play games in the evening.
