Loved the deck, right on the ocean. Would definitely stay again

Overall, we were happy with our stay and the process of communicating with the host! We were able to check in a little earlier than 4pm and always had fast responses from the host. The house is right on the beach and it was so convenient to go back and forth all day! The beds were comfy and the couch is big for a large group. However, you can tell the house is older and could use some updating/replacing. The house also could have also been a bit cleaner when we arrived and there were some unpleasant smells when we tried to use the vacuum/dish washer

We were satisfied with the property but a number of things were broken, light bulbs out, etc. We understand the demands of upkeep, especially when weekly cleanup is all the property gets, but it needs some tlc by the owners. Still, we would be happy to vacation there again.

The house was lovely! It was clean and very well appointed for our needs. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Our host even organized terrific weather for our stay! Best vacation ever!

RIGHT ON THE BEACH! What more could you ask for? Quiet little area of Top Sail. Beach house was clean and had all the amenities needed to relax and get away from the rat race.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The owners even made a special trip to clear the sand from the deck after the hurricane and prior to our arrival. The property is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is wonderful.

Clean, pictures are accurate, easy check in, great spot on the water, shows some signs of wear, a great place to relax that’s casual and not fussy!

The house was clean and beautiful when we got there. A great View we were close to every store that we could think of. Hopefully we can get the same house next year. My family and I were satisfied and had a blast!!!-

We loved our visit and cannot wait to return! It was a perfect location for our family and was accommodating for both my young children and elderly parents that were with me as well.

We flew from Washington state to introduce our daughter’s boyfriend to our beloved Topsail, and this house did not disappoint! We will be coming back in a couple years and certainly hope to return to this home. It was truly a perfect week!

This was our second time staying at this property. We had a very nice vacation.

The property was in a great location and overall would have been a good experience if we had not had to clean it ourselves. When we arrived at the house we were greeted by two teenage boys who told us they were almost done cleaning. They left and the floors were unclean, there was food residue on the counters and dining table and the bedrooms were dusty. The bathrooms were filthy with human hair and toothpaste in the sinks and dirt, sand, and mildew in the shower. There was something sticky of the floor of the downstairs bathroom shower. This was a one night stay and we spent the first evening cleaning the house. It was not a good experience. We usually rent a house for a week from one of the realtors in town. Everything is clean and pristine when we arrive. If you are coming to Topsail, I would recommend that you do the same and call one of the realtors.

I’m not sure I’ve ever had the good fortune to stay right on the beach, and it was so great to be able to step right out onto the beach or sit on the back porch watching the waves in the evening. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The host was very responsive and we thought this home was a good value. We will be back!

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. The home is nicely furnished and had an updated kitchen. We go home with fond memories.

We had so much fun while here. Great location on the beach as well as sound access directly across the street. Plenty of parking.

Trying to find a rental property that is in a great location as well as easy access to stores, restaurants, and activities for all different age groups, along with day to day supplies that are always needed, this property filled the requirements we were looking for. The fact that it was actually "on the beach and pet friendly", added to the decision to give it a try. We were not disappointed and have put this on our list of properties we would attempt to rent again if available. Better book ahead of time because we can't imagine it would be available during the busy seasons. Nancy and Jack were excellent hosts and always available to answer any questions we had. That plus the area beach restoration that was taking place assure a pleasant time at the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay, and were blessed with a couple nice February days. Hard to beat Topsail Island. Hosts were wonderful. Kids had a great time. We will be back!

This property was so beautiful! Right on the water and close to everything. The master in the first floor has a cute deck with a sound view as well. The host was excellent at responding and so sweet! I would highly recommend this stay and would love to come back!

This property was amazing! The location was awesome. The place is very roomy. We were in town in January to celebrate Christmas with our Marine son who is stationed at Camp LeJeune. Not only did Nancy give us an extra night but left the Christmas tree up an extra week for us! It was so nice!!!! We put the presents around the tree and when our son arrived, it was like Christmas morning all over again. The house was equipped with everything you would need. Just show up and enjoy!

The property did not disappoint - location to the beach was perfect. Everything was provided for us - cookware, dishes, silverware, amenities to the beach, parking, games, internet, Roku and Netflix, and very nice house, however, there were no towels, toilet paper, or sheets. It just made our trip more interesting, but was unexpected. We will stay again, but come more prepared next time. Even got to see some dolphins playing right off shore from the deck! All in all, great experience!

Great house right on the beach. The property was clean and comfortable, the hosts friendly and communicative. The views are wonderful and so nice to be able to walk off your deck on to the sand. We'd definitely come back!

We visited from Oklahoma, and wanted a house, oceanfront, this house was perfect. There was 6 of us and the rooms were comfortable with plenty of room. We recommend it.
