Location is nice, staff is professional and nice.

That the bathtub was broken, water flooded the bathroom!! We had to change the room, and the one we moved in was less charming. Breakfast isn’t tasty , really sad!!! And I have a feeling that everything is too old. Poorly decorated. Hotel isn’t for young people that’s for sure. Different age –different expectations!

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Chartres, a few minutes walking from the Cathedral. Comfortable rooms and beds, professional and well-trained staff. We had some cheese and wine while listening to a piano player in the bar - was a highlight of our evening. Will come again.

The staff were superb. Polite, helpful, courteous, everything.The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in. Breakfast was excellent - so much was made in house. Car was valet parked. All outstanding.

I paid for two cars to be parked in the hotel’s parking. This morning they gave one of my examiners the wrong car key and by the time she had gone back and forth from the parking and they managed to find her key, this made her late for exams at Ste Marie. Then they also gave me the wrong car key. Once can be a mistake, but twice in 30 minutes is very careless. The receptionist (not Chloé) was quite rude.

Beautiful, understated luxury hotel with huge, comfortable beds, lovely, welcoming bar and great service in central Chartres.

Nothing, apart from the steam room wasn’t functioning in the spa on the day we went.

The room was very comfortable and the stuff friendly. Excellent breakfast and beautiful hotel. We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary there :)
